Friendly attentive staff, perfect location, beautiful building with a great coffee shop! One employee really stood out, Tom from the valet department. A true gentleman, which is rare these days. He would ask me, if it was okay to open the door for my wife. In a world where people don't even say thank you for opening a door. It was refreshing to met such man!

Staff was fantastic, the valet and check-in/ check-out was great, the hotel was beautiful. The only negative - the room was a little bit worn (the flooring definitely needed to be replaced) and a little small. The room overall was clean, but could use some refreshing.

I rarely write any kind of review. I was so astonished by how generous, kind, and helpful and accommodating the staff was. I was there with an ailing family member, and I am so grateful for how well they handled our special needs. I will definitely stay there again.

Room was clean and nice. The issue was the furnace/heater was in the room and it turned on intermittently and made such loud noise. Staff are less than friendly, only the bare minimum. For the price I was underwhelmed.

Unfortunately this hotel did not live up to our expectations. The original room was not in great condition, and looked out to a dumpster area. When asked to change, I was not met by very helpful staff. After a few attempts a very helpful member of the team made sure I was moved to a different room (even though it was on a lower floor and facing the street where it could get loud). I felt that the staff was rude throughout the stay. I was very unimpressed with our stay. There are other exceptional options in Montreal that we’ve loved staying at and offer exceptional service. Would not be recommending this hotel or staying there again!
