The hotel was conveniently located in the center of shops and restaurants. We parked for two nights in a nearby garage and it was only $40 dollars. We were right above a restaurant that we had a delicious dinner. We were very pleased that the music below stopped at 9:30, very considerate.

The hotel was perfect. Great location, lovely staff. A terrific spot for our 2 day get away, walking around the old city, shopping and dining.

Staff were great. We checked in, went to the room, turned on a lamp and could smell like a burning plastic smell. It got worse and we eventually worked out it was the lamp went downstairs for help and they immediately came up and tried to unplug it .. to no avail.
We got moved to another room straight away no fuss. Very good service.

Amazing location. Room design was lovely. Clean room, though housekeeping didn’t change out used glasses or towels. No staff at the front desk when we arrived. We waited almost ten minutes, then resorted to calling the hotel directly to ask for someone to check us in.
Some issues with the bathroom. The shower wall that is shared with the living room is glass. Very awkward.There is music from the restaurant underneath, which went until late evening. Not under the control of the hotel, but a consideration if you go to bed early. Decent experience.

The hotel gets 5 stars for location, staff, and room quality. It gets only 1 star for the bathroom. Very little pressure in the shower and the sink has a spicket in the middle of the sink extending down so how do you wash your face without making a mess? Comfortable bed and lots of both English and French tv channels. Add it all up and I give it 3 stars.

Room was pretty small and not super well stocked. Parking is pretty difficult but that is expected in that area. To be honest, I was a little disappointed. Based on the reviews, I saw I was expecting a little bit more.

This is a great choice as it is well located in the upper Old Quebec, near many historic sites, good restaurants and interesting shops - and near the funicular to deal with getting up and down between the upper and lower parts of the old city.
The staff was helpful. The room small, but well appointed and updated. Breakfast is not offered in the hotel, but there are lots of choices within walking distance.

Superb location-very close to Frontenac/Terasse Dufferin and the Frontenac Staircase to Petite Ville. Room was spacious and clean with a view of the Frontenac. Hotel itself doesn’t really have a lobby, just reception desk area, but we didn’t mind at all. Loved the Nespresso machine in the room for quick coffee. Room was very quiet and bedding was nice. Staff was all very friendly. Habib at the front desk went the extra mile to accommodate when we had an issue with the heat in the first room we had been assigned.
Would definitely return as the value and location are hard to beat.

All great except the room temperature was set to 32 degrees and blowing hot air when we arrived. You can’t open the windows, so it was a difficult sleep. We got the room down to 25 degrees by the middle of the night.
