Our family of four (with two teenage boys) loved our stay! It was the perfect location for exploring the city on foot. So much to see and do close by. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet despite the hotel being in the middle of a lively pedestrian street. The staff were very helpful. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit!

Great location. Room was cleaned daily. Staff at the front desk were helpful.
Air conditioning was not keeping up. Seemed like poor airflow. The plastic grate at the top of the unit was broken. Needs maintenance.
The shower head bracket was loose, was missing a screw which allowed it to rotate instead of holding the shower head straight.
The windows appeared painted shut. Poor airflow in the room.
The elevator broke down during checkout. Had to negotiate stairs from third floor with luggage.
Overall there seems to be a lot of maintenance issues.

We had a good stay overall. The room was on the smaller side, but it was well designed and had everything we needed. The location was excellent; very central in a lively neighbourhood, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. Despite being in a busy area, the room was well soundproofed, so we had a quiet and restful stay.
There is no parking on-site, but the Hôtel de Ville indoor parking garage is only about a three-minute walk away, which was very convenient.
There were a couple of downsides. The shower could really use a deep clean, as there was a noticeable amount of mold that took away from an otherwise clean room.
We also had one unfortunate incident during our stay: housekeeping entered our room well before the posted check-out time. It was unexpected and made us feel a bit confused, even though we were still within the allotted check-out period.
Overall, the excellent location, quiet rooms, and convenience made for a pleasant stay, but better attention to bathroom cleanliness and housekeeping procedures would significantly improve the guest experience.

We had a great stay at the Saonte Anne. Our room was nice and comfortable, large shower, and the hotel is well placed to enjoy everything in Old Town. We were able to park at Hotel de Ville and an easy walk from there to St, Anne via rue de Jardin.

The hotel is well located. It has the feel of a European hotel. Some parts have been upgraded, but not all. The layout was very quirky, good for only 1 guest. The front desk staff is competent and friendly. And the location is excellent.

Great location! Walking distance to everything. Room was quaint. The shower had its hot and cold moments. Heard the music at night but didn’t bother us. Couldn’t get the tv to work but that was probably just us lol.
We were able to store our luggage all day til check in at 400.
I would stay here again.

Great location in Quebec within easy walking of main historic tourist sites. Plenty of restaurants and bars around including hotel’s own bar and Savini restaurant. Parking available nearby but drop off/pick with several suitcases was tricky.

Like others have indicated that this hotel is located at the center of everything. This is our second time there and the first time we were at the Capitole and it was located just outside of the old city wall, and it was a bit of hike to many places. This time, we are able to do 2-3 hours activities and then back in the hotel room and break and then went out again. Good for families with young kids.

Room was tidy, location of hotel couldn't have been better and closer to old Quebec. Lots of dining, shopping and landmarks within 5 minutes. Staff was friendly and helpful.
