The location of this hotel was fantastic! The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a basic hotel with minimal amenities but it was very clean, with comfortable rooms. Would 100% stay here again

Great experience overall. When they found out that it is our anniversary trip, they have included a beautiful gift for us. Thank you for the thoughtful gift. Awesome and central location for Old Quebec, room is very tidy and clean; wish there are more hooks in the washroom for towels; washroom is very stylish and modern but a bit less practical for two people sharing it; Courtyard is actually sealed off from outside elements, kind of a cool thing. Uber or taxi can’t drop off at the front, but it is still SUPER closed to the road side so that is never an issue. Restaurants below is also a big plus, as our stay happens to be during a number of thunderstorms, so not having to go out to find food that night helps a lot; inside the hotel it is almost as if there’s no thunderstorms at all; amazing! Overall an amazing stay; definitely recommend.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly! We loved the quaintness of the hotel; however, it was difficult for our taxi driver to find as there is no vehicle path in front of this hotel so dealing with several pieces of luggage was challenging. I think Expedia should have alerted us to this- thus the four stars. The hotel itself and the staff, including a very good on-site restaurant, deserve five stars!

After spending the previous 4 days in a cheaper airbnb , how great it is to stay in a hotel. Hôtel Sainte-Anne is in a wonderful location, reasonable costs, and has large spacious rooms built in what appears to be a historic building. Because the hotel is built within an older building, the layouts can be untraditional, but it adds some charm and ends up being bigger than your average hotel room. Everything is clean, with no odours, nice beds, and helpful staff. It's everything you expect in a hotel room and executed well.

Very centrally located and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean but has no room for personal items. Maybe add a shelf below the sink. No plugins by the bed but managed to find others in the room.

The room was perfect, and staff were friendly & helpful, The location was right in the heart of old Quebec, walk to everything. The only negative was because of this, the street noise was unavoidable. Especially in the morning with trash & deliveries

Perfect location for everything Old Town. Interesting rooms and great bathroom in ours. Only downside was daily room cleaning/bed makeup etc didn’t happen until mid afternoon right when we wanted to rest and regroup for evening

Lovely, central hotel. Well equipped and clean with a comfortable bed. The only negative point - the bedroom has a glass panel/window into the bathroom- a little bit disconcerting and definitely not private!

Best location as a visitor to move around the best spot of Quebec City and old Quebec. Then the front desk was very helpful, since it’s raining hard we try to check in early and she let us check in since the room is already available. Kudos for her! very good customer service! Everything was excellent, We had an amazing stay!

Cute hotel. Parking was not close, had to haul luggage down cobblestone streets. Wish it had valet service. Hotel was hard to find; it was on a pedestrian street. GPS gave wrong directions. Bathroom has no counter space however shower was huge. Had trouble with the TV, cable box was almost at ceiling, on top of cabinet.

The workers were friendly and extremely helpful. The place is quirky at best. Not used to having to go down 3 or 4 steps on the 3rd floor hallway, much less go back up those 3 or 4 steps (with luggage) when leaving. The location though is hard to beat. It is right in the middle of Old Quebec. I would stay there again if I made my way back to Quebec City.

A beautiful little hotel in central Quebec. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff very helpful. A good restaurant on the ground floor and many more nearby.
