W staff is great but Expedia won’t change the date you booked. So cost me nights stay and I never even got to step in the hotel. Not happy with Expedia you can’t reach anyone at customer service to help so I spent 400+ for nothing and all I wanted to do is transfer my stay to the next weekend.

The W Montreal is my go-to property when visiting Montreal. Clean, convenient, friendly, accommodating and pet welcoming. Rooms are very spacious and stocked with a minibar. A beautiful park across the street and easy access to the Metro system. Always a delight to visit!
