The staff at the hotel were excellent, and they added to our experience. The hotel was very unique with some cool design features in the room. We also loved the large windows that allowed natural sunlight and an excellent view!

Our room wasn’t ready at 4:30 so they upgraded us, which in theory is awesome but the room felt like a weird air BNB vs the king suite we had booked.
The sink didn’t drain, the curtains were broken and the hallways literally stunk of the W scent.
Shame, we like the hotel chain otherwise

We had a nice time, and the room was great. The cleaning crew did not make up our room after the second night, which was disappointing. Also, I learned that because I booked through Expedia, the hotel would not honor my Bonvoy Status. That was also disappointing. Still, it is a nice hotel. We did enjoy the friendly service. It has a pretty solid gym too!

A lot of discrepancies in what the hotel's front desk tells each time, they over charged our credit card as per their own info( they apologized and said a manager will look into it and get back to us)
A day after they told us no, there is no mistake! That's what system charges differently depending on what credit card you use"! Which is a bit weird!?!
