Good sized room - we were in the 2 queen . Restaurant / room service could have more Options

Our stay at the W Marriott Hotel in Montreal was just wonderful. The location was awesome. We could walk to just about everything. The staff was very attentive, but not in an inauthentic way, but really in a customer service-oriented way that I truly appreciated since I worked in that world for many years. The atmosphere, the decor, our room, and the total overall vibe was terrific! I would definitely stay there again when I return to Montreal—which is absolutely on my list of things to do next time I travel!

We stayed at the W Montreal from June 25-27, 2026. In fact, we had also stayed here last year and chose to return because we enjoyed the hotel’s excellent location, comfortable rooms, and overall experience. The location is ideal for exploring Old Montreal, and several of the front desk associates were genuinely warm, welcoming, and friendly throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our overall experience was overshadowed by what happened when we entrusted our 2024 Lexus TX to the hotel’s valet service. When we went to retrieve our vehicle two days later, we were told they couldn’t find it and that it was likely stolen while in the hotel’s custody. As visitors from the United States, this created an incredibly stressful situation. In addition to losing our vehicle, we were suddenly left trying to figure out how to get ourselves and our belongings home while navigating an unfamiliar city and an international insurance claim. While losing our vehicle was obviously devastating, what disappointed us most was the hotel’s response. We received very little assistance or communication. We were the ones who contacted the police, and no member of hotel management reached out to us during or after the incident. We were simply directed to file a claim with our insurance company. We also had to specifically ask for the valet charges to be removed, and no other compensation or meaningful gesture was offered despite the seriousness of what had happened. Superou nossas expectativas, mesmo sendo um hotel mais descolado atendeu muito bem nossa necessidade quanto família. Funcionários excepcionais, quarto excelente, café da manhã maravilhoso. Localização muito boa. Único ponto a melhorar é o valet mas ficaria hospedada novamente com certeza.

the room was excellent. i love a hotel room with a large bathroom. the metro line lets you off right in front of the hotel which is very convenient. the hotel was just what i needed and everyone working there was so friendly and helpful
