This has been the Hotel I stayed for my visits to Guangzhou. The location is considered good in the sense that it is linked to a shopping mall with walking distance to some famous big Malls in Tianhe area. And there is also an entrance to the underground Subway right in front. There are countless restaurants serving cheap and good food around the hotels. The room is nice and comfortable. So far the most comfortable bed and pillow I have even experience for a hotel. And the room (2 bedrooms Suites) is cozy, clean and well equipped with everything that you can ever need. Hotel staff is friendly too. The only thing is that the Hotel main entrance is facing a back street which not many Taxi driver know.

My recent stay at the Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff. From check-in to check-out, every moment was handled with professionalism and care. All the staff members we encountered were polite and eager to assist, contributing hugely to the warmth and hospitality of the hotel. The staff of the hotel is very helpful and accommodating. He has offered to upgrade our rooms (change to non-smoking type) due to the room type we have booked are the smoking type rooms. The room is clean, the bed is soft and comfortable. The location is great and surrounded by shopping centres and restaurants. The hotel breakfast is delicious and there is a variety of choices. My family and myself are satisfied with the stay.

In my opinion, Kempinski is one of the most comfortable hotels in Guangzhou. I chose the business room; it was very spacious, clean, and elegant. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. I love the beautiful indoor swimming pool. The facility was wonderful. I hope I will visit again soon.
