We enjoyed our stay at the Go Hotel Osterport. The room was comfortable, the staff was wonderful and the location was exceptional. The only suggestion I have is to supply better towels and washcloths. The towels and hand towels were rough and we did not receive washcloths. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Clean room, perfect location and staff were helpful. It made our stay in Copenhagen very easy and relaxed. The noise from the trains didn’t bother us at all and the room was very spacious for a young couple. Incredibly comfy bed.

Except for the location, the property is quite bad. Room qas not cleaned properly. The reception staff too were very unfriendly. The room given to us was facing railway tracks where there were constant noise of passing trains. When I requested to change the room, they said it will be additional DKK 500 per night.

No access to water facilities upon arrival, and poor communication regarding the actions being taken to address these issues by the hotel. The room was clean, but the lighting was limited due to broken lamps, and amenities couldn't be used. The internet was good.

Room was ok, noisy by the trains but that was to be expected. Very thin walls between rooms. Tea and coffees weren’t topped up, only provided with enough for a night. Bins weren’t emptied
