地點算方便，但是浴室的淋浴水量太小。樓梯太多沒有電梯可以使用對於行李多的人是一種負擔。

The hotel is clean, but no air conditioning. Clearly the region is not an active business region. There are almost no restaurants or shops around the hotel. One has to walk a long way to find some. Local people told me that the area near the hotel is indeed not so safe, although I did not feel too much. Anyway there are very few people in the night, except the train station.

地理位置好，機場直達又有地鐵。但酒店房間沒有雪櫃，也沒有微波爐，附近沒有餐廳，超市的選擇很少，哥本哈根晚上會營業且價錢經濟的餐廳選擇不多，要吃飽才可收回酒店，不然你只可以在車站的便利店買熱狗、麵包或杯麵回去吃。酒店也沒有自助洗衣服務，我在瑞典、挪威及芬蘭的酒店比較貴，也有這服務。

Except for the location, the property is quite bad. Room qas not cleaned properly. The reception staff too were very unfriendly. The room given to us was facing railway tracks where there were constant noise of passing trains. When I requested to change the room, they said it will be additional DKK 500 per night.

We paid extra to book a room that does not face the railway. But we were placed in a room that is on ground floor and window looking to a pathway, where there was a large pit right by the window. Next day at 9 am, workers started digging and drilling into our room's outer wall. I jumped from the bed and shut down the curtains. Later I saw among all the rooms, ours was the only room with a construction workhole beside it. It is very unfortunate that staff was either unaware of this or did not care. Other than staff, location was quite good for its price. Train from airport arrives at Osterport train station and underground is accessible in 2 mins, also a supermarket same distance.

Clean room, perfect location and staff were helpful. It made our stay in Copenhagen very easy and relaxed. The noise from the trains didn’t bother us at all and the room was very spacious for a young couple. Incredibly comfy bed.

Dåligt

Venligt og imødekommende personale. Værelserne er pæne i stil samt rengjorte. Dog kunne bruserne godt trænge til lidt afkalkning.

Fint værelse

Quarto ótimo, de bom tamanho, em frente a estação de trens e metrô. Apesar de passar trens ao lado, não nos encomodou de forma alguma. Café da manhã ótimo!

Det var alt formeget larm ude fra og det skulle blive informeret om.

Ok hotel med venligt personale og ok placering. Var ikke sønderligt generet af togdrift

Værelset var rent, personalet var venlige og smilende.

Opholdet var godt. Det er en stor fordel, at hotellet ligger så tæt på Østerport station. Ville ønske at morgenmaden var lidt mere varierende, med god ost og mere bacon 😊
