Good hotel, comfortable and excellent breakfast . Wasn't clear that you had to put card out on room door handle for room service. Only put out minimal tea bags in room but more could be asked for. Otherwise excellent stay in convenient location.

With the curbs outside, many steps it was hard to manage luggage. We were surprised and disappointed that there was no air conditioning and the room was very hot. We could open the window but with the trains wizzing by right outside the hotel and our window it was very noisy. The location however for touring was excellent.

Beware before you book since the hotel is located next to where the trains pass all the time. Small rooms. Breakfast poor. Will not be returning. Staff wasn’t very friendly. They didn’t do our room despite we left the sign outside the door.

Clean room, very practical to have the subway and a grocery store right in from. Short walk to Nyhaven and much of downtown. Downsides: I found the trains much harder to sleep with than I expected. I wore noise canceling headphones to bed with classical music playing and took melatonin gummies but you still feel the vibrations in the bed when the train passes. I also had a big suitcase and the staff told me there was no elevator

The hotel is in a good location to get around Copenhagen and was a half decent price, but the rooms are a little dark and when we arrived our body wash and shampoo were basically empty and they made us replace them in the bathroom in the complicated holder ourselves rather than do it for us, there were lightbulbs flickering in the hallway for our entire stay so they’re not quick to fix things, but other than that it was an ok enough stay.

I don’t usually write poor reviews because I usually choose my hotels more wisely than I did with this one. Please note what I and other hotel guests say about the railway lines right next to the hotel. The trains run on multiple lines 24 hours a day and it is very noisy, the hotel also vibrates with the noise. My husband and I were so tired after 3 nights of this. If you are on the left hand side of the hotel it may be better. I did ask to change rooms but the receptionist who was quite grumpy said the hotel was full. On a positive note the hotel is next to a train station! We also found it easy to visit the sites in Copenhagen. It was a 20 minute walk into the centre and a 10 minute walk to the Mermaid.

Property located close to several tourist spots walking distance. We walked everywhere! It IS right along the rails so if you don’t mind the train noise it’s a perfect spot! They offer ear plugs in the rooms but it didn’t really bother us. The even numbered rooms are on the train side and the odd numbered rooms are not. They offer buffet breakfast for a fee, and the selection was good. They offer bicycles (not sure if it’s a rent thing or offered free by staying there) but a great way to get around since 63% of Copenhagen residences get around by bicycle!
