We stayed at Go Hotel Osterport for a city break. Our room was very clean, the staff friendly and the hotel it's self is across the road from a train station which has a 7 Eleven shop and pizza place. The price of the hotel overall was good for location, room and facilities etc.There is also a large supermarket next to the train station. The hotel is walkable to nyhavn in around 20-30 mins, approx 20 mins to little mermaid. The area isn't very busy with people which we prefer (although the road between hotel and station appeared to be). You need to take a train to the central station as it's quite a distance away. The hotel is situated right next to the railway line, we didn't find the noise any real problem but some reviews posted this as an issue. The only main issue for us (albeit not a major one) was our room was right at the opposite end to the reception which is quite a walk down a long corridor which is spilt up with a couple of communal sitting rooms. We would stay here if we visit Copenhagen again, I would also recommend take the train from the central station to Malmo - very nice city and great train ride experience (10 miles across the sea)

Stayed a week, could not have asked for a better home base to explore the city. Rooms are the right balance of comfort and utility, and the facility was always in great condition.

POSITIVE:
Pedro at Front Desk was very receptive and helpful to our request for a fan and provision of ice as there was no fridge or air-conditioning in the room.
Expedia should mention these shortcomings in hotel inclusion/exclusion details.
NEGATIVE:
1. As above (no fridge or air-conditioning).
2. We specifically booked a Sleeper 90/90 room which was meant to be quieter and away from the train station. We didn't get any noise from the station, however as we were allocated a Ground Floor unit which had the window facing/opening to a back lane, we were exposed to shouting from animated students (from a nearby elementary school) twice daily.

We stayed at Go Hotel Osterport for a city break. For a budget hotel i would rate it a good 4 stars
Reason for 4 not 5 , as i find the word excellent cant be compared with a budget hotel , if you want 5 stars you will have to pay 5 stars . Was very happy with my stay , excellent for metro , and public transport, train noise didn't bother me ,actually i found it strangely comforting, ear plugs was available if needed in my room .would use again, didn't use breakfast option, but breakfast in denmark is normally very good .if i had to find a negative ( very small negative) the shower head washer needed replacing as it had a small leak ,
But dont let this put you off , as a buget hotel this has to be my favorite so far .

The front desk Pedro is very nice and he helped us for the sightseeing and call the cab to the airport. Excellent service. The location is convenient. Subway, grocery and close to downtown area. Except it is close to train station and lot of noise.the room is clean

Just what we were looking for in Copenhagen. Closely located to the Osterport train station, a grocery market, shopping, and activities. This hotel was clean, had friendly staff, a good selection of snacks and beverages. Seemed like a cool spot.

Clean rooms.
Nice lounge area.
Situated opposite the train station and a supermarket.
At the reception there was a lady with dark who gave us great customer service.
And there was a blonde lady who has no customer skills. Avoid the blonde lady she was no customer service skills and needs serious retraining imagine, I told her excuse there is lift we can use I had to ask 3 times and she completely ignored.

We had a railway room and could hear the trains, but the noise didn't bother us. Probably not great if you don't like any noise at all. What we were annoyed by, was the unfriendly service that the front desk people consistently displayed towards us the whole time we were there. It almost felt like we were bothering them every time we asked them a question and their responses were pretty frigid. Except for the nice front desk man who helped us navigate to the airport when we were checking out.
