Great front desk personnel.Beautiful lobby& restaurant,very appealing. Our room was spacious; the bed was comfortable My only problem was with the shower curtain. It seems the curtain could be a more water resistent and possibly some weighted piece in the base The floor easily gets wet and is slippery and unfortunately one uses towels on the floor.

Unique hotel with great design features at great central location.

The bed was comfy, the rooms were beautiful! The only thing was there was no AC but we were able to get a fan from reception which helped a lot! The front desk staff was super welcoming and went above and beyond. The property is in an ideal location with lots of dinning options and super walkable to a lot of attractions. Will be coming back in the future!

Nice boutique hotel, great location but very small rooms so I booked a suite to enjoy a more spacious room .. its a bit classic modern and not smart hotel . Keys are given to reception when going out .. the italian restaurant is amazing and must try

Wanted to love this hotel as I saw it on tiktok, and YES, its stunning! unfortunately the hotel facilities fell short! No AC resulted in the room being like a sauna. It was 29 degrees. In addition they have no robes, no tables in the room to place items on whatsoever. There was 5 cm room on each side of the bed so you could not walk into bed from the side. The room itself could actually only fit a carry on. If you’re set on going the only way is to book a suite! still wont have ac tho. The hotel is located in a street thats shut off from traffic so we had to walk many blocks with 5 suitcases on a busy day (during a pride parade). One of the worst experiences of my life. Took 30 minutes to find someone to pick us up as we were then at a busy intersection. Super inconvenient and the staff was not helpful at all they just told us to walk to a near park with our 5 suitcases and “it would be so easy”. I wish they had warned us and offered us to send our suitcases to a nearby hotel where transportation would be able to stop outside. They also wont help you at all with suitcases from the taxi, up the stairs or to your room. There’s only one elevator for the whole hotel so it takes forever to move around. All in all super disappointed! I recommend just eating dinner at the beautiful restaurant or grab a drink. The hotel itself isnt worth it although it had so much potential!

It's annoying that there's no fridge, kettle or coffee machine in the room. Hotels should feel like homes to be comfortable. Which home today does not have a fridge or kettle AT LEAST? This is absolutely ridiculous for a 4 star hotel. It was clean but not the cleanest. Also, music blasting until 11:00PM and then waiters cleaning the space until 11:30PM is crazy. Staff was very helpful. I would never stay there again.

What a beautiful hotel. The design is incredible and the rooms are quite stunning. Especially the bed was a highlight. So comfortable! I honestly didn’t enjoy the welcoming at the reception. I booked two hrs before arriving. The lady at the reception seemed annoyed. There was some confusion about my booking. So I had to wait until she double checked with her manager. They had to give me a bigger room, because the booked category was not available. It felt that it annoyed her to give me the upgrade. On my second day I rented a bike. During my journey I realized that the break was not working, no bell and overall the bike had issues. I told the receptionist that they shouldn’t rent out bikes like this. I would have expected a refund or free drink for the uncomfortable experience. Overall! Great Hotel, but they really need to work on their service to make this place memorable and worth the high ticket.

The rooms are very small, no place to put toiletries. No a/c. To turn lights out I had to turn off all power to the room so I could not charge phone over night . Bed was fine but hotel is too expensive for what you get. Staff are fine. For half the price it would be fine. Great location.
