The hotel is in a great location the staff was amazing. Our room and bathroom were very small but very clean. The only drawback of the hotel is the extremely small Elevator. Would stay again for 2 or 3 nights.

Beautiful boutique type hotel , felt it was out of a Agatha Christy novel , a step back in time. Good location Walk able area. Wish had more time to enjoy , only one night and had to get up very early for early morning flight. Would have liked more instruction on how to put on lights with main switch , didn’t care for safe it was too close to floor couldnt get down low enough to read directions! Also hard to get in touch with front desk , no phones in room and they use what’s app to communicate. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bella Grande. Great central location. Really cool antique shop next door. The hotel was clean and attractive. We ate at the hotel restaurant many times because of the good food. Highly recommend.

The images shown really do not reflect the hotel! The first experience was really unfortunate. It was absolutely tiny, facing a wall with no view. The original person helping us was incredibly unhelpful as well :( luckily, the staff moved us to a better room—but definitely not worth this price if we were in the other room.

Super central and 2 min walk from the metro! The most beautiful hotel we have ever seen. Staff were so helpful and efficient - especially Maya who helped us a lot and gave us great recommendations. Would definitely book again.

Toilets a bit dirty, toilet bowl is with water and mold mark, and bath tub / showers clogged, the second sink clogged. Dust everywhere in the wardrobe cabinet. Restaurant staff not friendly and welcoming.

The first room was not great (a bit dank) but I was relocated and upgraded quickly and very pleasantly by a very efficient, helpful member of staff (Esterra) to a nice room. In fact, overall the staff were great and the hotel had a very relaxed feel. There is a fitness room that maybe could do with two or three cardio machines (a small cross trainer and maybe a smaller bike).

Room was nice, minimalistic chic. Important point, I didn’t find to control de temperature— so even tho it’s very cold in January-February in Copenhagen it got hot at times when sleeping. The location of the hotel was SO good tho!

Fantastic welcome; so friendly, charming, professional and polite, really couldn't have asked for better in any way. Check-in was swift and efficient, and we were talked through all amenities upon arrival and taken to the elevator to go to our room. The room was well-appointed, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. Also, as we arrived a bit late in the day, we hadn't booked anywhere to eat. The restaurant was really busy, but they still made room for us and had an awesome first night.

This was the nicest hotel! On Arrival the children were greeted by the reception team who took them to pick a gift from the Christmas tree, this may seem like a little extra detail but meant the world to the kids! The hotel was beautiful, clean and bright with lots of help friendly member of staff
