Utrolig charmerende hotel med helt fantastisk placering. Simpel men lækker morgenmad

great location, and a friendly staff

Jag hade önskat att man som hotellgäst fick äta frukost i den fina salen så att man fick uppleva lite av det som är fint av hotellet vilket är dom delar dom skyltar med men istället serveras frukosten i en del som ser ut som en billig kinarestaurang. I övrigt var allt helt ok. Hade önskat att hotellrummen hade mattor och kändes lite mer inredda. Vårt rum juniorsvit var stor men saknade möbler det kändes väldigt tomt.

We had a well equipped family room on the 2nd floor over looking the inner courtyard restaurant. The room was small but very clean, and modern. The hotel is perfectly located for lots of tourist attractions and transportation links Our only disappointments were the noise/music from the restaurant in the evening (until midnight) it wasnt loud enough to stop us sleeping but was noticeable each night. For us the beds werent the comfiest (they were too soft and the pilliws were too) however we appreciate this is personal preference. We had a wonderful few days in Copenhagen and would absolutely stay here again!

Overall a very beautiful and wonderfully located hotel. If you want to score some major romance points with your partner this is the hotel for it. Think lots of shades of pink and floral. It's very well revamped while holding on to lots of retro / old school charm and there are two gorgeous places to eat within the hotel. My only complaint is that there was no barrier from the shower floor with the rest of the of the bathroom floor so it was really difficult to not get water absolutely everywhere. There was also very little space for toiletries around the sink. Other than those two issues I really enjoyed my stay.

Friendly, welcoming staff, delicious breakfast, great location

Vores ophold på Bella Grande var intet mindre end fantastisk! Personalet var utroligt venlige og imødekommende, men natte-receptionisten Thorsten og tjeneren Emily fortjener virkelig en særlig ros. Thorsten var både professionel og hjælpsom og hans personlighed gjorde, at vi følte os ekstra velkomne - selv sent om natten. Emily på restaurant Donna var virkelig opmærksom, smilende og sørgede for, at vi havde alt, hvad vi kunne ønske os - hendes service løftede virkelig hele vores oplevelse. Restauranten Donna var også en stor fornøjelse med lækker mad og en hyggelig atmosfære. Vi ser allerede frem til at vende tilbage!

Well maintained beautifully decorated small hotel perfectly located for walking distance to everything in old and new Copenhagen. Super convenient to the Metro - you don't need taxis or ride shares here - and with genuinely friendly and helpful front desk staff! We had an excellent dinner at the restaurant, and the hearty Scandinavian breakfasts were good. . The Junior Suite was a nice size, had a great bathroom and was very quiet, although the 'living room' could have done with a TV or sound system. My only gripe is that I was a bit surprised about the in room bar which was an all included array of a lot of booze.... Personally I would have preferred an in room refrigerator and an unlimited Nespresso machine.
