Absolutely great hotel for the price and location. A quirky little boutique where every details thought of. The restaurant was full all of the time never seen such a busy hotel restaurant people queuing for it (was lovely). Decor very funky, staff incredibly friendly and helpful went out of their way to google and mark on a map all the shops I wanted to go to like a treasure hunt. Maps were great they give out, and room was incredibly spacious for a basic room price. They even bought up teacups and teabags and milk when my husband asked for a kettle for the room (kettle was for my hot water bottle). Lovely to have a steamer in the room instead of an iron it’s one I’ve been eyeing up so glad I got to road test it first. But above all location, location, location was perfect. Will 1000% be back again. Loved hotel and Copenhagen.

The room didn't have a coffee machine, you have to pay extra for simple amenities like slippers. The room was freezing, there is no control in the room. Breakfast was good. No room service etc.

Lovely fitout and finish but hotel is not serviced that well for guests. The service was either stand offish or non extistent. The downstairs area is really aimed at people attending the restaurant. There was no space for guests to sit and get a drink. We asked a staff member where we could we sit and get a drink and we would told the staff were busy but we could try sitting in an area next to the restaurant. We sat there for a while and received no service for 15 min until we went into the restaurant. When we checked-in we were given no information about the hotel other than to look at a card. Overall a pretty hotel but very much style over substance.

Sadly this hotel missed the mark for me. In simple terms, you didn’t feel like this was a ‘home away from home’ with proper amenities that one should expect at this price point. Every time I showered it would essentially flood the bathroom. I forgot my hairbrush and requested a basic kit, only to be told they didn’t have anything to help (you’re a hotel?) and the room felt cold and uninviting. They’ve definitely jumped on the TikTok/Instagram clientele but unfortunately, beautiful interiors can only get you so far! I wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend to others.

I stayed at Hotel Bella Grande during my recent vacation to Copenhagen and had a great experience! The hotel has a beautiful, feminine design, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The rooms are small, but well laid out and well-appointed (closet space, shelving, a small chair, etc.), so this wasn't an issue for my partner and me. The only thing I would note is that the bathroom is quite small, and the design of the shower makes it near impossible not to "flood" the bathroom! However, this wasn't really a big deal for us during our stay. We appreciated being so centrally located (very easy to access bikes/metro) during our trip. The hotel also has a restaurant and bar on the first floor, which could not have been more convenient for grabbing a quick bite to eat after long days of sightseeing! I would definitely stay here again.

Think European boutique hotel in a good location…small rooms, limited amenities, etc. Be aware, no AC except opening a window; not sure about heat. Welcome upon arrival efficient but far from warm. Service in the one area to get a cocktail was the worst I’ve experienced. Breakfast was ok. AM front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

Great front desk personnel.Beautiful lobby& restaurant,very appealing. Our room was spacious; the bed was comfortable My only problem was with the shower curtain. It seems the curtain could be a more water resistent and possibly some weighted piece in the base The floor easily gets wet and is slippery and unfortunately one uses towels on the floor.

The bed was comfy, the rooms were beautiful! The only thing was there was no AC but we were able to get a fan from reception which helped a lot! The front desk staff was super welcoming and went above and beyond. The property is in an ideal location with lots of dinning options and super walkable to a lot of attractions. Will be coming back in the future!
