Lovely stay in an old world hotel

Loved this hotel! Beautifully well maintained, very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, impeccable lounge. The only difficulty was knowing where to park during check in, but the bellman assured us it was ok to just park at the front of the hotel with the blinker on, which was not a problem, but in customary for other large cities we’ve travelled to.

Great location. Love the gym and our room was very comfortable. Quiet and very walkable. We would return again.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at. The location is the best, you can walk to all sites. The staff very helpful. Gustav helped me to find convenient room and we moved from another hotel. He was the one why our Copenhagen trip became so memorable.

The hotel is an elegant hotel with long history. Rooms and facility is well maintained. Staff is quite helpful, special thanks to Sigurd, who help us a lots since check in. And breakfast is good enough.

The location is very central. Close to all touristic attractions, walking distance. The beds are extremely comfortable, it’s like sleeping on a cloud. I also appreciated the pillows. I like a lower pillow and I loved that we had both the lower or higher pillows. We stayed for 3 nights and they were refilling the Nespresso, changing towels, and room cleaning if we chose it. It’s kind of less done in hotels nowadays. So if you are staying more than a day, you might not get room maintenance. I didn’t like their shower at all because the glass only goes halfway and the shower floor is at the same level as the rest of the bathroom. Even if you are very careful, the water goes on the floor of the bathroom. Also the shower floor is slippery but they had provided us with a bathtub mat which made it safer. Their breakfast was also very nice. It introduced us to danish specialties such as pålægschokolade. It is the Danish alternative to Nutella.

Friendly staff, great location. We got the executive room and it came with access to the lounge which was great since we can just pop in for drinks and snacks. Convenient and has good options. The room was spacious for Europe. For Americans, note that there's AC but it's locked to the lowest of 18 degrees Celsius.

Bathroom shower was small with poor design meaning water escapes and the shampoo/bath soap had to be placed on the floor.

Staff helpful, professional and very friendly. We were very happy with the location close to 2 metro stations and a short walk to Nyhavn. We did not eat or drink at the hotel so can not comment on this

Beautiful traditional hotel. Stayed three nights. First night was noisy in a room by the road as renovations taking place in building opposite but moved to a courtyard facing room that was lovely and quiet.

The lounge was a handy add on.

I stayed there for five days. The location is excellent, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. My room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was decent and offered a wide variety of options. The only inconvenience was that some rooms required climbing more than 12 steps to reach, even when using the elevator.

The hotel is in a great location , walking distance to everywhere , Lots of good coffee shops , Restaurants , shoppings . The staff were amazing , Hotel is old but clean and well maintened , The breakfast was so amazing , Great staff in hotel . I would stay here again
