Stayed 2 nights before a cruise. Hotel is in a quiet area but walkable to many major sites. Lots of restaurant options in area and two grocery stores near by. A metro stop very close too. Would definitely stay again.

Veldig bra beliggenhet i forhold til alt. Rommet var rent, men veldig slitt. Lobbyen var fin. Vi spiste ikke frokost ved hotellet, men valgte koselige café i nærheten. Hotellet scorer bra med tanke på beliggenhet, men helhetlig er ikke hotellet verdt fire stjerner.

Good location, albeit it's on the corner of a road so there is road noise. Somewhat dated now so a few things a little tired but overall absolutely fine. Not the best, not the worst. Service from the front desk was exceptionally helpful.

Fantastic location. Beautiful clean facilities. Hotel bar is closed for renovations. I am VERY patient with small hotel rooms in Europe, but these rooms are VERY tight. Full size bed (small - not a king/queen). Size of other furniture in room makes for a very tight room - limited space for suitcase, had to put on the window seal.

Das Hotel ist leider sehr abgewohnt. Luft im kompletten Hotel muffig, die Böden waren auf unserer gesamten Etage schrecklich, bei wirklich jedem Schritt hat es geknarrt. Unser Zimmer war im EG an der Straße, das war, auch auf Grund der sehr alten Fenster, leider extrem laut in der Nacht. Das Personal war sehr nett. Alles in allem war die Lage das einzige Positive am Hotel und ich würde es nicht weiter empfehlen.

I didn't like that the shower is situated in a bath. For a lot of people this is not safe or comfortable. Also people who have less mobility will find it difficult to climb the stairs in front of the building or will find this hotel less suitable. The bed is perfect. So is the breakfast.

Brilliantly situated for all of the historic attractions. We walked miles. Hotel room was so comfortable, well set up and had loads of space (we had a junior suite). The use of the Executive Lounge was fantastic. Really close to all the dining options in Nyhavn too. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends

I was really excited to stay here and was breathless when I stepped into the lobby. Unfortunately I was only staying in a twin bed room and I was definitely treated that way. I was sent to the room in the very back of the hotel, having to drag my luggage up and down 2 flights of stairs because no one offered to help at check in. My view was of a dumpster in an alley, the towels had pubic hair on them, hair drier was covered in dust, there was no mattress, just a mattress pad. The shower also was very difficult to use and turn on, I had to call the front desk and it was clear they knew this was an issue. The WiFi was weak and their QR codes to their menus/room service didn’t work. They also knew this and it hadn’t been fixed. At least it was in a great, safe location.
