This is one solid hotel. It is clean and has friendly staff. Breakfast is better than at nearby hotels and restsurants. Recommended!

Nightmare Experience - Avoid at All Costs This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever endured. The room was absolutely disgusting and unsafe for anyone to stay in. Black mold covered multiple areas, making the air feel suffocating and the environment a health hazard. The room was filthy, with grime and dirt in every corner. To make matters worse, there was no functioning air conditioning, leaving the room unbearably hot and uncomfortable. The advertised “breakfast” was laughable—completely inedible and poorly presented. It was clear there was no care or effort put into this aspect of the stay. The entire property felt neglected and mismanaged. I ended up leaving the hotel shortly after checking in and demanded a refund and the owner had the audacity to say there wasn’t any mold even after I showed her pictures. I had to book another hotel last-minute just to escape this nightmare. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place entirely. It’s not worth the risk to your health, safety, or sanity. Stay far, far away.

The hotel was close to everything. The only didn't like is that they put little paper toilet on the bathroom and we need to ask for. There is no A/C

It is a clean place walking distance to most amenities. I would stay again in futute travels.

I’d love to rate this hotel better. The location is great. It’s a cool old building. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The problem was the room. Our room had no windows to the outside. The window faced the interior courtyard of the hotel. There was no air conditioning and no air circulation so the room was stifling and stuffy. The noise from the lobby reverberated throughout our room. We didn’t sleep at all and sleep is the number one necessary requirement of a hotel. This the 2 star rating.

The primary purpose of a hotel is a place to sleep. It was impossible to sleep at this property. They kept roosters that were very loud all night long.. we returned home tired and ill.

Bathroom need improvement,just a bit otherwise we liked the room staff very welcoming!

Great room, spacious and clean. Close to everything you need.

We stayed for a couple nights. The accommodations were great and perfect for our stay in Banos. We didn't use the room much as we were out exploring, but the staff was helpful. The location is convenient for food and other services. The Wifi was helpful. My only issue was the doors are locked from the inside with a key, so I found myself locked into the hotel at sunrise when I wanted to get out and walk around. I found a back door, into a lot, and then climbed the gate to leave. The doors were finally open when I returned closer to 8am.

Ugly bathroom and bad smells in it. Hot water didn't work properly.

Decent hotel! Make sure to ring the door bell if you go out because they lock up early and your key wont get you into the hotel. If you go out early same thing you have to wait for someone to wake up and let you out!

Very accommodating. Didn’t speak English but we used the Google translate app and they worked with us. Helped us order food after curfew/lockdown at 8pm. Def recommend

Amazing service. But this hotel is in great disrepair. It is extremely loud- you can hear the folks in the kitchen in the morning and evening. The mirrors were faded, the room door didn’t open easily as the handle was broken. The bed was fine, but the bathroom smelled awful and though it was clean, it was in disrepair with tiles kissing in the shower and holes in the walls.

Ubicación cercana al centro. Aunque cuenta con parqueo es complicado para carros grandes debido a como ha sido construido. La habitación que me asignaron no incluía las características de la habitación que se eligió en la aplicación. A pesar de que uno indica el número de personas que se hospedará, no habian suficientes toallas en la habitación, aunque luego de solicitarlas fueron entregadas.

Good hotel i had a good time me gusto mucho mi estadia en el hotel.

The hotel is located in the center of the city very close to the main church and all of the downtown restaurants. It is also very close to the volcanic baths. The hotel room was spotlessly clean. They also have FREE on-site parking, which was very nice because there is absolutely no free parking in the area where this hotel is located because of its downtown location.

Late check in without any problem. The room was clean and comfortable.

Only thing we did not like is they locked us out at night time....and very noisy...school across the street and busy road no screens on window and no A/C had to keep window open for fresh air....breakfast was ok...
