This is one solid hotel. It is clean and has friendly staff. Breakfast is better than at nearby hotels and restsurants. Recommended!

Nightmare Experience - Avoid at All Costs This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever endured. The room was absolutely disgusting and unsafe for anyone to stay in. Black mold covered multiple areas, making the air feel suffocating and the environment a health hazard. The room was filthy, with grime and dirt in every corner. To make matters worse, there was no functioning air conditioning, leaving the room unbearably hot and uncomfortable. The advertised “breakfast” was laughable—completely inedible and poorly presented. It was clear there was no care or effort put into this aspect of the stay. The entire property felt neglected and mismanaged. I ended up leaving the hotel shortly after checking in and demanded a refund and the owner had the audacity to say there wasn’t any mold even after I showed her pictures. I had to book another hotel last-minute just to escape this nightmare. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place entirely. It’s not worth the risk to your health, safety, or sanity. Stay far, far away.

lousy attention they offer the stay included breakfast and that's not the case, they lie to you, they offer you breakfast but they want to charge you extra, liars and bad service.

The hotel was close to everything. The only didn't like is that they put little paper toilet on the bathroom and we need to ask for. There is no A/C

Excelente servicio, no les voy a hablar de lo que ya califique con estrellas, les voy a hablar de la calidad humana del servicio que recibí, durante mi estadía mi señora madre murió en mi país de origen y tuve que realizar una serie de tramites de forma remota, la ayuda prestada por el personal del hotel fue de las alta calidad humana y solidaria no tengo palabras para agradecerles, sin duda volveré a visitar este hotel y lo recomiendo sin duda lo disfrutaran.

It is a clean place walking distance to most amenities. I would stay again in futute travels.

I’d love to rate this hotel better. The location is great. It’s a cool old building. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The problem was the room. Our room had no windows to the outside. The window faced the interior courtyard of the hotel. There was no air conditioning and no air circulation so the room was stifling and stuffy. The noise from the lobby reverberated throughout our room. We didn’t sleep at all and sleep is the number one necessary requirement of a hotel. This the 2 star rating.

The primary purpose of a hotel is a place to sleep. It was impossible to sleep at this property. They kept roosters that were very loud all night long.. we returned home tired and ill.

El hotel es bonito en general , pero hay habitaciones mejores y peores! El Parqueadero es fatal , de aspecto y vista, pero la salida sólo lo puede hacer un experto ya que es muy estrecha , además la reserva en línea ofrece desayuno incluido pero en realidad no lo dan , a menos que haga la reserva el día que llega al hotel, pero ya es demasiado tarde para cancelación de la misma!

Me salió un buen precio con un cupón que tenía, pero la srta que atendió no quería aceptar que el valor de mi pago incluía desayuno; molesta verifico y después ya no hubo novedad

El servicio, la limpieza, el desayuno, el servicio de lavandería fue excelente. Personal muy servicial, dispuesto a ayudar y simpáticos.

We stayed for a couple nights. The accommodations were great and perfect for our stay in Banos. We didn't use the room much as we were out exploring, but the staff was helpful. The location is convenient for food and other services. The Wifi was helpful. My only issue was the doors are locked from the inside with a key, so I found myself locked into the hotel at sunrise when I wanted to get out and walk around. I found a back door, into a lot, and then climbed the gate to leave. The doors were finally open when I returned closer to 8am.
