Beautiful property, lovely views. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Very generous all inclusive. Was a bit painful leaving. They really pamper you.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort, and it was truly an excellent experience. The staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and attentive, always ensuring that every need was taken care of with genuine hospitality. Their warm and welcoming attitude made the stay even more enjoyable I highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a relaxing getaway.

My wife and I spent 5 days here and had the best time! The Posh Club facilities were wonderful and everyone made every effort to make us feel as spoilt and comfortable as possible! Special thanks to Merna, Talaal, Shady, Mohamed Safwat, El Qassem, Ibrahim, Abdallah, Fathy and Zeyad, and everyone else that made our stay so nice and memorable! We definitely will be back again.

Amazing hotel and holiday! The facilities at this hotel are brilliant and the location is great. There is a big pool and small water park for children but we spent most of our time around the very peaceful adults only pool. The staff around this pool made the experience amazing. Amr (bartender) made excellent drinks, especially his cocktails! He was very attentive and always remembered what drinks we wanted at different parts of the day, as well as all of the other people around the adult pool. Mahmoud (lifeguard) was fantastic, and more than just a lifeguard. He kept the area very clean, regularly checking if everyone was okay. He would make sure our sun beds were facing the sun when we arrived in the morning and after lunch and offered to clean our sunglasses when needed. Amr and Mahmoud were the best! All other members of staff are extremely friendly and helpful too, from the cleaning staff, reception staff, gardeners, restaurant staff etc. The cleaning staff kept the whole hotel and rooms spotless, and also made lovely decorations in the rooms out of flowers and towels. We did not have any bad experiences. There are plenty of restaurants and a buffet restaurant which all had fantastic food. There are a few bars which were all nice, but Latitude was a great spot in the evening for music and cocktails. The beach is nice and has an adult only section. There’s plenty of entertainment, but also plenty of quieter places to relax. Overall fantastic hotel and holiday! 10/10

The property is stunning and the staff are amazing,do not however book through Expedia as I had to settle my bill on checkout as despite several requests for payment from the hotel it wasn’t forthcoming,avoid Expedia at all costs unless you want the miserable experience that I am going through.

Everything is perfect

Overall the hotel and sevices are nice. But food we had real issues with. We even spoke with chefs but after a while iit felt llke we jjst complained. Most of the foods is for meat eaters and even tbe indian restaurant only has 3 items on menus. We evnd spoke to main manager. I can write alot herer but just know you will struggle. We pay soo much money and walk away feelings like it was not holiday. Food is one of the main elements of hotels. Be warned

Excellent hotel, swim up rooms so good, staff excellent. Beach not great. There are a few shops 5mins walk away. Easy to get taxi anywhere Shops in hotel ridiculously expensive Hardly any vegan / vegetarian options, no alternative milk, you can use 4 Al la carte restaurants but they are a bit strange. Music around pool is literally head banging house music which was bizarre It was a good hotel though

Hotel looked very nice and modern. Facilities were great and staff service was also good. The main pool and adults pool were great. The bars were very nice and good drinks selection. The choice was vaste to have drinks at night as all the bars had a different theme. The reason for 3 stars is the food which was a real let down for the whole stay, from the buffet lunch to dinner. Also tried the Italian and Mongolian a la carte and they were just very average, nothing mesmerising about the food.

This was our 2nd visit to the hotel and it was just as fabulous. The whole complex is clean and tidy with staff constantly working to keep the pools clean, grounds tended and all areas beautiful. The food was great, Jewels Buffet restaurant is busy but plenty of selection. Best to go early though. 4 other restaurants to visit and our favourite was the Italian, but all served excellent food, freshly cooked. We upgraded to the Posh Club with many benefits and had a sea view swim up suite, pool shared between 3 rooms but for our last week, we had sole use. The main pool is great too, very large and plenty of sun beds but we did notice the towels seemed to stay on the beds all day, sometimes without anybody using them which was frustrating as the sun was low in November and you had to sit one side of the pool in the afternoon to take advantage of it. Now for the staff …. they absolutely make this hotel and their attention to detail and dedication to making your holiday memorable is amazing. They recognise repeat visitors and take your happiness and enjoyment personally. Already booked to go back as we had such a wonderful time. Thank you for having us!

The check in process is not the best. Staff are kind and cheerful, but not professional enough. Mr Rafaat was helpful and tried to make things better. Overall it’s a nice experience, but not the 5 star experience you are looking for. The head chef is a very cheerful and nice person to talk to whenever you head to the restaurant.

The staff cannot do enough for you and are so friendly. We are already planning to come again next year.

The hotel is massive The room is spacious and clean Food is really good Staff are very polite and well-trained. The only thing that is really more related to culture rather than a specific issue is that whenever you ask a staffer about anything they make it the most inaccessible impossible thing ever.
