Great rooms the bed was so comfy. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was just total mayhem- too many people in a small area, shortage of plates and mugs. The layout needs to be re - designed. The queue for food clashed with the coffee machine! The actual food was ok though

The bar staff at The View bar worked their socks off in a bar that was heaving with people, and they still kept smiles on their faces. Our room on the seventh floor was very quiet too, despite the number of people in the Hotel.

Nice clean room - Room 714 - Not sure if the heating worked though, not an issue as quite mild. Disappointed with the coffee selection in the room, Nescafe - Noooo lol. Bar staff in the View Bar - Very Friendly & helpful Excellent service in the View restaurant by Olivia Great breakfast selection , again great friendly staff Front of house friendly & efficient

2nd visit with the family within 3 months, amazing staff, cozy rooms, body and soul enhancing bed.I recommend families to book rooms with joining doors so that you can enjoy your much needed rest,while you can still keep the kids on check next door.The environment is also relaxing, views from some rooms and especially the view from the restaurant.Breakfast is always 5 *****,you can only miss it if you can't get out of bed.It happened to me twice but I love it getting my much needed rest.Rooms are clean and well looked after,mmmm what else am I missing?City centre and shopping malls at a driving distance, activities all year round.This is now our get away home away from home.Loveeeeeee it.

Breakfast chaotic due to layout - coffee machine next to kitchen door and buffet area where queues formed at busy times made it very difficult to get your coffee! Need more than one toasting machine. Do not like the Shower snd toilet having frosted glass! NoT private.

The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. Excellent shower and very good storage for clothes etc. Please can there be a towel rail or ring for hand towels which have to be folded by the sink just where you want to put your things. Otherwise perfect! Tea/coffee making was a bit mean with only one teabag each and no bottled water in an Executive King size room. Only small things! We’ll definitely be back!
