Great hotel and people!!

Smooth and easy check in. Lovely room and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice.

Room was clean, spacious with a little nook with an armchair, table, reading light and couch. Close to Metro stations, plenty of eateries close by

Modern clean room with great amenities (hair conditioner!), good shower, comfortable beds and great selection on offer for breakfast. Good coffee too.

All staff we met were very helpful and friendly. Hotel itself was very clean, room was also extremely clean. Room was quite small but was fine for the 2 of us for 1 night. Luggage storage was very helpful and we got our room early. Close to bus stops and tube stations. My only reservation is that the local area around the hotel was covered in graffiti and at times I did feel uncomfortable walking around.

Staff were welcoming and friendly, room was clean, Breakfast could be a little crowded but that is clearly stated for certain times, really enjoyable stay.

The main lobby was a bit warm when we had breakfast (probably not air conditioned) but the rest of the hotel / rooms were nice and cool. It was a lovely hotel! Excellent service!

Conveniently located at the junction of Brick Lane, Shoreditch, Whitechapel. A short walk from Spitalfields Market (restaurants, Poli & Jo bags!, etc.). It's a totally eclectic neighborhood, multicultural, artsy, etc. Only a few tube stops away from everything. The hotel itself has been nicely renovated and maintained. Rooms are comfy and ultra quiet with good AC/heating controls and dependable WIFI. Shower is OK, water pressure so so, but soft top quality towels make my day. Housekeeping is spot on. Breakfast: extremely loud buffet... and we found the food to be awful. It's industrial prepared food too salty, or just not good. Coffee selection is good, but the output is sub-par. If you don't mind that, then it's 5 stars. After leaving our plates 90% full the first morning, we discovered a lot of nice breakfast places in the area... and really excellent coffee shops almost next door (e.g. Much A-Brew About Nothing). Would we stay there again. Most certainly if the price is right.

We sleep well because of great mattresses and pair of blackout curtains. Lovely breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely stay. Hotel was clean & had everything you needed. Room size was good for a double, bathroom size also good and clean. Very happy to find a fridge! :) Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

I didn't like that I was assigned a room in the basement. They made up for it on the second day with a room on a high floor with a beautiful ciry view, thanks to Junaid at the reception.
