Good location, quiet room, check-in by friendly staff and received welcoming messages from Parth and Roham. Everything was great on the first day but the housekeepers ruined it on the next day. Two cleaners consistently knocked on my door before 9am then woke me up. Can’t hear whey said so I opened the door a bit, one the cleaners pointed at her watch. I believed they want to clean the room. I only stay one night and the check-out time is 11am. I feel like they were pushing me to leave the room.

Very pretty yet basic room! Some marks on wall but other than that very presentable.

The staff is so friendly and willing to resolve any requirement. The room was amazing, clean and it had everything needed. The breakfast had variety of food. We definitely would come back.

The property itself is in good condition. Very quiet rooms. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Hot breakfast is outstanding! The area around the hotel LOOKS kind of sketchy. Graffiti and litter around the area. However, I had absolutely no problems with anybody around there. Not nearly as bad as I first expected just seeing the area. We felt very secure in the hotel. You need your room key to enter the hotel and to get through locked doors inside, and used your room key to use the elevator. My wife and I walked all around the area and no problems at all. Looks can be deceiving! I would definitely stay there again now that I saw there was really nothing to worry about.

There was nothing to complain. Spacious, clean and comfortable. All the comforts of home.

The location was very good for what I wanted to see and do in the London area. The location is an ethnically diverse, working class neighborhood and that was fine by me. Other travelers might be disappointed that the surrounding area was not more upscale or scenic. My room was clean. The breakfasts were good. The staff was very polite. The reason I mentioned an unsafe condition is the shower stall situation. The shower stall floor was not textured--it was slippery--and no rubber bath mats were available. On my second night, I slipped in the shower and bruised the side of one foot. I had to ask staff at the front desk three different times for a shower stall bath mat (morning, afternoon, and evening). The first two times I was treated very politely but nothing was done. Finally, on the third try, staff explained that I should put the cloth bath mat inside the shower to avoid slipping and that there were no rubber bath mats available. It would have been much more helpful if staff were knowledgeable enough to explain this in the first place. Would I stay at this hotel again--yes--now that I know how to deal with the slippery shower stall floor. It would be a good idea for management to reassess this area of customer service.
