I didn't like that I was assigned a room in the basement. They made up for it on the second day with a room on a high floor with a beautiful ciry view, thanks to Junaid at the reception.

Hotel bastante bien situado y bien conectado por metro. En la zona, hay multitud de cafeterías y restaurantes. El hotel es moderno y bien equipado. La habitación era amplia, con una cama muy cómoda. No nos ha gustado que tenía una puerta interior para comunicar con la habitación de al lado y, aunque tenía un cierre, no es agradable pensar que cualquiera puede intentar abrir a mitad de la noche... La variedad del desayuno podría mejorar, bastante justo, para tratarse de un 4 estrellas. También he visto feo que cobren 13£ por un adaptador de enchufe europeo, cuando en todas las tiendas están a 6 y 7£. Deberían prestarlos a sus clientes a cambio de una fianza, por ejemplo.

The hotel was clean, well staffed and in excellent condition. I travel a lot and suffer through a lot of hotel breakfasts and while this one looked good, the coffee machines produced tepid, bland versions of coffee and the breakfasts were way too busy for the hotel to manage. I usually just left the hotel in the morning for a proper morning meal and a decent coffee. But the hotel was genuinely comfortable, clean and staffed by attentive people.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und ausreichend groß, es gibt aber keinen Kleiderschrank.Das Frühstück ist typisch englisch mit Würstchen,Bohnen,Rührei, Käse, Schinken, zwei Marmeladensorten, Joghurt, Obst, Müsli, kleine Muffins, Waffel frisch zubereitet, Kaffee. Leider gibt es nur Toastbrot und kleine Schokohörnchen, keine Brötchen oder Körnerbrot.Frühstückzeiten von 7:30- 11:00, kommt man zwischen halb zehn und zehn Uhr wird das Buffet leider nicht mehr aufgefüllt, Muffins und Obst waren dann meist vergriffen.Bushaltestellen und U-Bahn sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar.

Bra hotell men små rum. Vi reste med bara handbagage så det funkade fint, men om vi haft varsin resväska också vet jag faktiskt inte var vi skulle göra av dem. Frukosten får godkänt men inte mer. Otroligt dåligt utbud av bröd och inte så mycket nyttigheter. Men fräsch frukt och bra kaffe. Supertrevlig personal, omtänksam och effektiv.
