Hilton London Watford

On arrival the litter bin by main entrance was overflowing also litter strewn around the front steps. Not a great welcome. Litter still there the next morning. Also a high number of room service trays uncollected in the corridors. I expected higher standards from the Hilton group.

Lovely spacious room with a 12pm checkout time allowing me plenty of time in the morning to work from the room. Breakfast was excellent and they provided ample time - around 3 hours. Staff were excellent and extremely friendly.

The room and bathroom are very dated and in desperate need of redecorating. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was amazing.

Room for 3 adults (sisters). Main bed very comfortable, but sofa bed not so much. Facilities in room lovely. Excellent breakfast with good range of hours, but totally let down by lack of cups - only had paper cups for coffee / tea - really not impressed. Fantastic gym with 24 hour access and great machines & good variety. Would recommend

Hotel interior nice. The room we had needed a good clean and the bathroom needed some attention, the lights in the bathroom had so much dust on them it wasn't nice. The back of the bedroom light was that dusty it obviously hadn't been cleaned in a long time. It's not the quality I expected from a Hilton hotel. The other issue was they turned off the cold water mid morning without any warning resulting in the shower which was being used going to maximum hot. After the water being turned off we then received a letter quietly pushed under the door, informing us about the problem, far to late. After speaking to Charlie on reception about our concerns we are still awaiting a confirmation of reduction of charges and the offer of Hilton Honour points.

Nice room, but cold and the heating took a while to kick in. Room is nice and modern, but the bathrooms are not

The room was large and had plenty of space to move about. Whilst the building felt a little tired in places, overall the hotel was pleasant to stay in and other than a noisy car (probably another guest) leaving fairly early the hotel was quiet. Breakfast had a range of options, including 4 different fruit juices.

Quite dated parking expensive and reception didn't answer the phone. For the price it's poor

The room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable could be more biscuits on the coffee tray the staff were all friendly and helpful only negative was on the bar menu it says smashed burger which is a thin pattie but the burgers we got were normal ones so I think you need to check with the chef to why your serving normal patties burgers and not smashed which is on the menu it was still a nice burger ok

Very expensive fir one night stay for a twin room.

Great service but with some issues with the hotel room bathroom. Loose tiles and shower not secured to wall in bathroom.

The hotel was nice but I honestly struggled to get a smile or any pleasantries out of the staff, I felt very uncomfortable each time I encountered a staff member. I also found it hard to sleep, the pillows in the room are too soft and very uncomfortable.

Front of house and reception area really clean and fresh. Staff really friendly and professional. Rooms however, could do with the same refurbishment as the front of house, dated in style and wallpaper peeling from the wall, but very clean and comfortable beds. Ideal location for Harry Potter Studio Tours, central London 45 minute drive.

Good help us at the Reception

It was quite disappointing given the status of being a Hilton hotel reason being 1) We being vegan and at breakfast the eggs were next to the plant based sausages and pieces of eggs were found on the vegan sausages 2) The sourdough bread was finished by 8:45 am arrival for breakfast and waa none left for replacement 3) The rooms allocated were right next to the doors for the interleading passages and made banging noses throughout the night when guests went through them.
