Holiday Inn LANCASTER

I didn’t expect much when I booked, I wasn’t surprised in any way. A budget hotel (not really at budget prices though) that will you’ll forget you ever stayed at in no time at all.

Everything was great apart from the room temperature which was freezing cold. No matter what temperature you set the room thermostat to it did not work. Spent a very cold night should have reported it but it didn’t

Lovely clean hotel cannot fault it and reception staff super friendly and accommodating would highly recommend this hotel which is booked for two nights not just one

Room was enormous and staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the wedding I was attending was marred by extensive gaps between the various stages. Still managed to have a good time in the end.

All ok but no stock at the bar after new year.

Yes the room was good , staff good generally very good

One of the 2 beds in our room was very uncomfortable. The mattress was too big for the base and sloped off to one side also.

A clean and comfortable hotel to stay on the drive up to Scotland

no smart tv, room cleaning was poor

Everything was great! Just what we need as our overnight stay on our way to Scotland from South Wales 👍

Yes the room was very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful the hotels had everything you needed for a good stay food was very nice would stay there again

Had an awful stay. The air in the room was suffocating and it seems the aircon from the vents had a cigarette smoke smell that was causing discomfort. The bathtub had stuff coming out of the hole which makes you feel sick. Reported to the staff but no joy.

Will absolutely stay again. Arrived late from heysham and with baby - everything was ready for us and really easy. Room large and clean. Cot was great. Breakfast was fresh and more than we expected. Team members we met were really friendly. Can’t say a bad word!

Clean and nicely decorated room. Unexpected mini fridge with nice goodies in it - drinks, kitkats, crips, biscuits. Massive and comfy bed. Great shower. Breakfast was good & plentiful. Only think that lets this hotel down is the poor state of repair in leisure facilities- noisy plant, grubby looking, pool lining ridged, changing facilities a little dirty and needing work. Money needs spent on an overhaul to this area of the hotel. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of our stay.
