I found the room quite cold despite the heating being on. I think the industrial look with concrete walls might appeal to some however to me it makes the room feel cold and uninviting!

Easy access to lots of places making it an ideal place to stay especially at this hotel where guests are made to feel very welcome.

Room satisfactory. Staff pleasant. Accidently overcharged so need to wait for refund.

I was surprised and unhappy with the car park fee. Was only there for 12 hours. Staff friendly room nice and clean.

Staff friendly. Everywhere very clean. Nice hot shower. I did find the room decor very stark and not welcoming - concrete walls, brown, grey and black furnishings and the only chair was hard and uncomfortable. Okay for a couple of nights but I wouldn't want to spend longer.

Friendly, helpful staff. Room was comfortable although you can't open the window to let fresh air in. Breakfast was good with a nice selection to suit every pallette.

Was nice clean & comfortable. The thing that could be better barckfast was not very hot but very nice .

Room was lovely , shower was great !! I always rate my stay on the shower 🙂.

The room and ensuit were clean and tidy. The bar had a good selection and the staff were great, happy to help and you were served with a smile. There was food available too. We had dinner in the restaurant good selection and service again.

First time at an IBIS Hotel. The room is not any use for a stay of more than one night. There are no draws to put clothes in no useful bedside cabinets. The fan heater does not produce hot air to warm the room. The instructions are so small you can’t read them. The staff were brilliant, but not enough on for breakfast, the 2 that were on each day worked so hard but unfortunately things slipped, cutlery not topped up which meant a long wait for knives. You need a sign informing guest they can order fried or poached eggs. I ordered fried eggs on first morning and they took so long the rest of my breakfast was cold, when they did arrive I have to say they were the worst fried eggs I have ever had. I couldn’t wait for more to be done. They were flattened and had no soft yolk. I have photos. Your chef needs some training,Your bar staff were ok but need training in how to produce a Brandy and lemonade etc in one glass. My view is you don’t put enough staff on for breakfast so they can’t give the service they should be giving.

Shower had mould in the corners of the cubicle reported to maid in the corridor on the way to check out.

Concrete walls felt very Eastern European. No opening window is claustrophobic. Woken by someone trying to enter the room at 2am, followed by someone walking along the corridor shouting into his phone.

Great hotel in a very convenient location. Super clean and very friendly staff. Will certainly stay again

Room was vet clean and good choice of food for breakfast the evening meal was vey good as well.
