I stay here 2 or 3 times a month and it seems i'm charged a different amount month, sometimes for parking, sometimes discounted parking, this last time they wanted an additional hold on my card and worse of all.. No cookies in my room this time! The cookies are awesome usually!

Staff were amazing. Room was a bit cold and lady came up with an extra duvet really quickly. All staff we came across were really lovely and helpful. Our dog was treated like a king!

Staff all really kind. The bed wasn’t very comfortable but I’m fussy with them. Great place to stop over on the way to Cornwall from London. Breakfast was average - there was no buffet as they were not busy.

Room was nice, the light above the mirror didn’t work though, we didn’t bother to report it at the time as we didn’t use it as used one in bathroom, bed was comfy, breakfast was nice. When asked if we wanted breakfast we weren’t told of a charge or what the charge would be until they charged £27 (I was paying for parking) so queried why the charge was so much for parking and then had it clarified that it was for breakfasts, so communication could have been a lot better in that respect.

I found the room quite cold despite the heating being on. I think the industrial look with concrete walls might appeal to some however to me it makes the room feel cold and uninviting!

Staff friendly. Everywhere very clean. Nice hot shower. I did find the room decor very stark and not welcoming - concrete walls, brown, grey and black furnishings and the only chair was hard and uncomfortable. Okay for a couple of nights but I wouldn't want to spend longer.

The room and ensuit were clean and tidy. The bar had a good selection and the staff were great, happy to help and you were served with a smile. There was food available too. We had dinner in the restaurant good selection and service again.
