The Bar area is a bit sterile looking as is the food area, set out a bit like a service station, Food was OK and reasonably prices as was the Alcoholic drinks Food service stops at 9pm, so if arriving late you'll struggle for food at the hotel Hotel is not very old , so its immaculate Recommended but i would eat elsewhere

Spotless hotel, great staff, only surprise was paying for parking

Really close to M5 which is really convenient. It looked like our room hadn’t been used for a while. It was clean but we had to clean a layer of dust from the furniture and kettle which was odd. Great staff, nice shower, hot water, good value breakfast and working EV car chargers. Be aware of a £9 (May 2026) car park fee. Given the location, everyone must have to drive here so it’d be better if that cost was quoted in the room cost rather than added when you arrive.

The decoration or lack of it in the rooms was bizarre! They had scan me tags so you could see what the bare concrete affect was all about only it looked like they had forgotten to finish the room! The shelving felt like you were in student accommodation, There was a scan code so you could order food to be delivered this didn’t work! The bathroom looked like it did not belong to the hotel room as it was actually quite nice! They allowed dogs to stay very nice you think only at 1am when the dig next door is barking and whining at everything and then u get asked why you didn’t complain a single disabled person by them selves not likely to get up and go downstairs by myself! I just got stared at! I stayed for 3 nights The room was either boiling or freeing no happy medium, the air conditioning had a mind of its own! Then the car park well you could never get parked and people were parked in all other spots electric, disabled taxi it was a joke! And to be charged to park on an industrial estate just beggars belief really! I was very disappointed with my stay the laundry was very dated. I also had the housekeeping walk in on me in bed no knocking no manners! Certainly won’t stay again very disappointed

Good breakfast..excellent Aircon..friendly staff..comfortable bed..excellent shower Burger meal disappointing.. road noise even at night annoying..but over all would stay again for an overnighter ..but maybe not a week

Car parking requires an extra fee. Sound proofing is non existent as you can hear people talking in other rooms. Aircon is available but does not cool the room.

Disappointed to be presented with £6 charge to park in the hotel car park.

The hotel was good andwell priced whatch the parking charges as an extra brakfast was good evening meal not so good

Overall it was a clean and comfortable stay. We stayed for a weekend in April. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Just a few things in room that needed touching up in our room but did not affect our stay. Nice and quiet as well.

Clean and comfy room, and a nice bar area. Given it's an out-of-town hotel with plenty of space, the parking charges are very high. There are car chargers however, which was very handy.

We have stayed at 3 hotels in Bridgewater over the years and found this to be the one we will return to in preference

Services was amazing and all the staff where very helpful loved the room was amazing lovely comfortable beds

Staff were bang on and helpful, decor was interesting (and, for me at least, appealing), and the food in the bistro was great. The AC was great and the shower roomy and efficient... A pleasure.
