Nice new hotel, great rooftop bar, if you buy breakfast at check in you get a free cocktail/drink voucher worth £12. We had a suite with a balcony. Very effective air con. Nice toiletries, shame you don’t get body lotion or a flannel though. Also our fridge wasn’t working. Would definitely stay again. Great location next to a Tesco express and Nero for essentials and lots of bars and restaurants just round the corner. Ask for a higher room to avoid tram noise.

The staff wore creased clothes/white trainers/stained clothes.
We stayed in an ‘accessible room’ on the 5th floor. There appeared to be no Evac chair near the lift so wondered how a wheelchair user would get out during evacuation. The lifts were also a bit confusing because you could not use both and I kept forgetting which one to use. My key card stopped working on the morning of checkout (at 9am) so we had to walk down 7 flights of stairs to get to Reception.

Very pleasant and attentive staff. Good selection for breakfast. Also a nice quiet bar for cocktails in the evening.
Beautiful decor. Only criticism is the shower is a bit strange to operate & the pillows were not very comfortable. A great location though & I like the decor.

The hotel was in an excellent location and the room was lovely. A few points that could be improved. There was only one lift which took you to the rooms. This lift had a mind of its own and took ages before it arrived. Whilst the room was beautiful, there were no opening windows so no fresh air. The room was very warm and the air conditioning didn’t do below 19.5 degrees. Too hot to sleep. The lighting was poor making it difficult to put makeup on before going out.

Room was very poor. Adequate towels and pillows hidden in cupboard. Only one towel in bathroom and one pillow per person on bed. No water or mini bar. Furniture from 1980 second hand shop.

Fantastic hideaway in a busy Manchester. Lovley modern rooms, very clean. Amazing central location. Will be back again in future. The beds in room only beaten by Maldives 🇲🇻 ❤️

We were put on the 1st floor right over the tram stop. There was loud noise till 2am and we didnt sleep well at all. Noise began again early in the morning.
