Great room

Lovely room and bathroom. Good quality breakfast. Hot food is made to order rather than buffet. Didn't go to rooftop bar but ground floor one was nice. Great location. Not noisy despite being in centre of town. Decent price for the room. Only minor gripe is that music at breakfast was loud

Dissapointing stay. Loved the room and the design and location however they didnt clean the room on a 2 night stay desptie confirming on check in and a reminder from me when I dropped a bag back at 3PM (and saw room not made). Got home after a funciton to an unclean room, no clean towels or coffee / Tea and no one answering the phone to have sent up. Also sign by the side of bed says comp water in the fridge however no water at any time. Housekeeping has reallly let this hotel down. This was a trial to for me to make ti a corporate hotel for my team in Manchester following closing of Hilton but we wont be back sadly.

Friendly and efficient staff. Lovelyclean room and a great breakfast

We were so disappointed, we had a poor stay at best. Last night the whole hotel stunk of raw sewerage. Even our bedroom had a terrible odour and made it difficult to sleep. Not what I would have expected from the Malmaison.

George and ocean and new 🆕 Lilly Food 🍱 and beverage service was 5 stars 🌟

The room was spotless. The staff were very friendly and hehlpful.

The staff on check-in and check-out were lovely and really helpful. The room could’ve been cleaner, the glasses were dirty (toothpaste from a previous guest in one).

Room spotless. Great location. Lighting and furniture in the room was a bit weird.

Lady on check in was friendly and courteous. Room was lovely and comfortable with excellent facilities. Staff in the breakfast area were attentive and courteous. The coffee machine kept getting blocked and they fixed it quickly easy time. Check out was easy and efficient.

Clean and tidy room, very comfy bed for a sound nights sleep

Room was very spacious and spotlessly clean.Front of house staff were excellent. Breakfast was amazing, fabulous cooked breakfast. Roof top staff were very friendly and views over the xmas market were fabulous

Room not overall the best in terms of hygiene, stains on pillows, dusty furniture and toothpaste marks over walls in bathroom. We were at front of hotel facing St Peter’s square and the noise from trams going past was annoying. This up until 1am and started back up promptly at 6am. Walls paper thin as could hear people above running taps and taking a shower. Didn’t sleep great due to all noise- hotel reallly need to warn people about rooms at front of building

Staff were very good at this hotel. Unfortunately, there were issues with our first room. We were quickly given another much better room by the very friendly and efficient Scottish girl on desk. This room was much better, but as great as the staff were, I feel housekeeping standards could be better here, as the skirting boards were all very dusty and cushions in the room were dirty. Overall, though, the room was fine and the bed was comfy.
