We had a great stay, and would definitely stay there again. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great value and good location to get to Hill Dickenson stadium. A bit of light coming through the curtains and around the door interfered with sleep. I would advise door closers to avoid the unintended slamming.

Superb stay, with a killer view of the River Mersey. Front Desk Staff was truly accommodating, allowing for an early Check-in, giving us more time to see the sites in Liverpool.

I just wanted to share my appreciation to both staff manager and hotels.com colleagues for listening to my request for a bath and due to me going through the worst 2 weeks of my life, tackling landlords and letting agency’s with countless housing incidents and not having support. This upgrade on the suite room really left me so overwhelmed and I cried with happy tears. To feel so supported like that really made my stay so enjoyable. The bath and the room was amazing. The staff were kind and considerate giving the fact I had work in the hospital the next day. The bed was perfect and to top things off the view, iron, ironing board for my uniform and general peace was so much needed. I cannot thank you all enough and I would recommend this hotel to anyone! PS just a little tip get a window cleaner to clean the moss round the edge of the outside interior and maybe a touch of paint! Other than that the hotel is lovely!

Clean room, staff were very helpful and smiley. Vu bar has great view, v especially on the balcony and the fish and chips was lovely. Beakfast was buffet and had everything on offer. I also paid extra to have a late check out. Will def stay here again.
