Mercure Liverpool Atlantic Tower Hotel

We received a warm welcome and the room was clean and as expected. Fantastic location for our stay. It was a pity that two of the three lifts were not working during our 3 night stay, but the staff were most apologetic. We didn't make use of the bar. The breakfast was a bit hit and miss: there was an excellent range offered but on the first two mornings we found the cooked breakfast to be overcooked and of poor quality. It was much, much better on the third morning.

Booked two rooms for my daughter’s graduation-but unfortunately it was not a pleasant experience for the entire family. Firstly only one lift in the hotel was working I spent more time waiting for the lift or climbing the stairs to the 9th floor then I did in the hotel room Secondly the AC in my daughters room was not working- it was only fixed on the second day Thirdly the so called secure car park is located a few minutes away from the hotel and it is not guaranteed and as the lady at the reception told me it might be full - so on checking it was full - so in the end I had to pay for a few hours in a separate car park and it was only later on in the evening I found a space in the car park and obviously we didn’t move the car for the two nights in case we lost the space - but guess what the hotel still took the money for the full 48 hours even though I paid for private parking for a few hours and was also using uber since I was afraid of losing my parking space So overall a very unpleasant experience at the hotel -please in future ensure all your guests are given the correct information and do not end up with sore knees climbing up and down the stairs If I had known all these issues with the hotel prior to going I would have immediately cancelled

Slightly dated decor but clean and absolutely perfect central location. Bedroom and terrace bar offering incredible view of Liver Building and surrounding area.

Great stay ..tho only one lift working hence 4 stars not 5..Great value 😄

Very clean room, lovely staff, good cool air conditioning, handy for city centre

Room was nice and air con very well received in hot weather. Shower was cold though and the lifts were not working so had to lug luggage up stairs

The rooms were dirty, I had problems with spiders and the bathroom let out a stench each time water was used.

Amazing hotel, staff was lovely room was clean and view from our room was amazing very happy with the hotel will definitely stay again✨✨

Was good but bar a bit small so soon fills up making it hard to find a space to eat.

A lovely twin room with excellent views of the Mersey and Liver Building. Hotel parking was a bonus. All staff were very friendly and helpful. A lovely few nights in Liverpool.

Nice hotel. Lovely room given with view of dock lands. Parking £14 for 24hrs. Hotel registration for car park just 2 min walk away. Arrived early. Asked to leave luggage for a couple of hrs until room ready. Was told it was £5. Never been charged before as a hotel paying guest to leave luggage. Thought this was outrageous. All in all though great hotel and would use again

Great location, big rooms

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room is small and outdated; the carpet and bedding are not clean. Breakfast is way below expectation for the price it charges me (~£40 per day).

Considering the room was a premium .not impressed by the hotel .lifts were working on and off .only taking so many people at a time .windows were dirty .breakfast wasnt the best ? Pricey £400 for one night .

It was a lovely location and cool air con to keep cool in this heat wave. The hotel at 1st looked clean and maintained, until you go to your room. It was a standard twin room, was ok clean bedding ,but wobbly broken side table kept banging by head. Bathroom far too tiny, and bath was far too high to get into the ahower! But helpful reception staff and a lovely open top bar area. Did the job while away.

Desk clerk was great and helpful

Rooms out dated. Outside doesnt look welcoming. Had a nice stay. Food was very good and staff so frendly and helpfull
