We booked a superior room which was clean, spacious and had a fabulous view of the docks. Excellent price too. Location was perfect for both the docks and the city centre shops. bars and restaurants. Would definitely book again.

Had a great stay at the Atlantic Tower Hotel Liverpool By Sunday fantastic location over looking the Mersey and the liver buildings, staff were friendly , room was clean a few stain marks on the carpet but overall everything was clean, bathroom in our room was tiny but for a 1 night stay it was fine. The big let down was the lifts only 1 out of 3 lift were working and as we were on the 10th floor was a bit of a pain when busy . Fantastic VU bar on level 2 with fabulous views especially at night when everything is lit up definitely book again 👍

Only 1 of the 3 lifts was working during our 2-night stay in a 12-floor hotel, which meant long waits and overcrowded, uncomfortable lift rides. The building core was also extremely hot, and the air conditioning kept switching off through the night, so I had to keep getting up to reset it. Very disappointing stay.

Only one elevator working during our stay, the hotel has 12 floors so this meant having to use the stairs to avoid a 30 min wait to get to our room. Fault in the fire alarm meant we were woken at 6am only to be told it was a false alarm. The hotel is in a great location but I would think twice about staying here again.

Room was great ,for a standard room comfy large bed and clean bathroom, tea+coffee facilities are hidden in the cupboard, you just have to be nosey lovely view ,only downside was that only one lift was working, house keeping staff were helpful and allowed access to Thier lift ,can't fault it .If you are looking for a base to explore this is perfect.I know it's not the hotels fault, but it annoys me that you get taxed for visiting a city in the country in which you live .

Stayed here for 4 nights in July 2026. The staff were very polite and helpful. Lovely room on the 8th floor with amazing view. Room was spacious bed was big and very comfy. Bathroom was spotless as was the bedroom. Only downside was 2 lifts being out of service but I didn’t wait too long on any day. Will definitely book this hotel if I need to stay in Liverpool

This is an older 4 Star hotel. Needs a complete revamp. Will not return. One lift working for 225 bedrooms during The Open Golf is not good enough. I travel with my work a lot and this is the first time I was ever asked to pay £5 to mind my luggage for 2 hours after I checked out. My flight was in the afternoon. This was my first time to stay at a hotel under the brand, Sunday

Room was fine, lovely view, Daniel on reception was so jolly and welcoming ,great start to stay, paid to add breakfast on arrival, slight disappointment, buffet wasn't on when we arrived in restaurant, taking orders for each table, which in turn became a long wait,it came incorrect with overcooked poached eggs ,had to request another, as we left restaurant the buffet had been put back on, personally I'd rather chose what I want on my plate, best part was sausages, didn't really eat the rest so wasn't great value in the end, other than that blip I would stay again 😀
