We totally enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. I can't say enough about the breakfasts. There was a buffet of lots of fresh fruit every day, a selection of cereals, and the cooked breakfasts to order were fabulous. We aren't drinkers, so we didn't go into the pub at all. There was a minor plumbing issue one evening, and they did everything possible to rectify it that evening. Unfortunately, the plumber wasn't able to get the part till the next day, but we were able to use a shared toilet on the floor. I would stay again without hesitation.

Check in was fast. Comfortable room, good size. Bed comfortable. Lots of pillows. The breakfast was the best I've had in England so far. Staff were very friendly. I was picky about the coffee and Yvette made me a different one which was delicious. Bus stop was right outside the next morning.

It is located outside of Penzance and had free parking which is a must for me. Good B&B, small room but all I needed, was clean, 2 supermarkets 5 mins drive away, Mexican restaurant across road and St Micheal’s Mont 10 min drive. Would stay again.

Good bar with wide range of drinks Excellent breakfast. Full English was highest quality and weĺl cooked. Plenty of choice. Staff very friendly and welcoming.
Room slightly tight but comfortable bed. Sink on small side. Not advised when booking that Dinner not being served as catering staff on holiday. Shame as menu looked interesting.

Rooms in need of a good upgrade, but comfy bed and decent shower . Breakfast very good and lady in kitchen lovely. Bar is like going back in time, found it very unwelcoming. Perfect location for wedding we were attending . Reasonable priced
