My Place Hotel

It's not worth the money I paid, as much as it looked like some posh and classic spot it's nothing sort of in real. Basic power socket charger in room is missing except one for lamp for three guest room, toilet flush is anything but flushing after our business. No lights on pathway or at any common spots if u wanna come out. Windows in the room is not at all closing so as the loo door so one of us need to keep an eye. Heater uffff anything but working. In total worst experience for 200 pounds

When I ask the person behind the desk were there any places to eat he said there is a KFC and a McDoanlds around the corner... That sums up my stay at this Hotel. Nice people small rooms and KFC/Mcdonals around the corner

My room felt a bit like a garret, somewhat shabby and lacking loving attention. That said, all the necessaries were present. I appreciated the ability to leave my luggage before and after check-out. The location is perfect for exploring the bustling neighborhood.

It was the overall look and feel of the hotel that was not very impressive, the vibe was giving dive and not clean. Even though I stayed in a single room the bathroom was not giving, very dissoppointed and not what I expected for Earls Court, Llondon. Would never stay here again, very over priced for what it was, I would have muched preferred had I known to have booked an Air BnB for the extra money to rough it is not my idea of money well spent.

Bedding had stains, window ceiling was dirty, bathroom was dirty, and the tap was loose on the wall, problems with water pressure in the morning, toilets could not flush right away.

Cleanliness excellent, within a minute of Earls Court tube station, staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful, delicious free continental breakfast. Etc

Great location, but a quite low standard all over. Couldn’t take a shower because only the bathtub worked, and the bed was uncomfortable.

Perfekt location. Very close to the tube, shops, restaurants and pubs. Friendly staff. Room cleaned every day. Nice breakfast. I would come here again.

Lovely room, had a lovely nights sleep, room could do with a little updating especially the bathroom. Great selection at breakfast and very friendly staff, would definitely stay here again.

Spotless and fresh it is a shame that we could not use the balcony for safety reasons

GREAT location…. Shops, eateries, and the tube just steps away but then…. You have the down side. We booked a deluxe room, and it was in poor condition. No AC, even with the windows open it was hot. Only a small table top circular fan provided for cooling. The mattress on the bed was VERY HARD…. Almost like lying on a sheet of plywood. Only two outlets for powering medical devices and other electronics. It’s pretty bad when you’re in the shower and you have to ask your traveling partner, to take the key out of the light switch and reset the water flow so you can finish your shower. Crazy, yes. When we spoke to the managerand described what was going on with the water, she kindly told us “ that’s not the way the water works” but in reality that is how it works. Really? The refrigerator was so cold that it froze everything! No way to turn the temp down just a bit. Now for the continental breakfast, Don’t expect much…. You’ll have juice, two kinds of toast with jam and your choice of 2-3 different cereals and milk. Oh you want eggs or and English breakfast???? That is extra. They did offer on request store bought croissants but they were not even warmed. So sad. This hotel could have a lot to offer especially with the charming patio and grass area in the back. With a bit more loving TLC this could be an awesome location. Currently feels more like a hostil than hotel. On a bright note we did find an awesome Italian made from scratch items just around the corner…

Dirty, uncomfortable beds. No hot water

The included breakfast was not very exciting. Also it turned out that early departure though promised did not give anything to bring along. Not even the water was turned on for tea in spite of the promise made the evening before. A very nice and helpful gentlemen who we believe is the owner showed up almost instantly when we needed help to open a window for fresh air. But I will still recomend the place to friends.

Dated and beds are uncomfortable. Location was great, and staff are super helpful.

I did not get a good breakfast and they only clean my room the first day I reach. The bed was uncomfortable I couldn't sleep

You had to leave the key at the front when you leave to go out.
