Not good, No water boiler, no electric adaptor, no shampoo and bath gel supportnopl

地點一流，旁邊就是Earl's court 地鐵站。酒店較舊，但要求不高的話，也可以接受。酒店有升降機，我有两件大型行李也沒有問題。我的房間花洒水龍頭有點問題，只能上下一同出水，淋浴是沒有問題的，只是較浪費水。早餐很一般，不要有什麼期望，吃飽是可以的。

The staff was very friendly. The hotel has lift. However, there's no heat in the room and it was smelly. Bathroom was not clean at all.

You get what you pay and will not come back again.

Very close to the train station, only three mins walk. Big bed. Quiet street. Unlimited hot water supply. Most of the staff very friendly except a guy which locked the door from inside at the mid night n put a signage at the entrance asked us to wait for 5mins. But it turn out 15mins waiting n is was so cold outside the street & I got a cold afterwards & without any apologise.

very nice staff and the services is very good. The front desk staff will help us as much as they can.

The hotel room is really small and uncomfotable. The staff didnt clean up the room well. I definitely wont recommend anyone to live in this hotel.

Very close to the tube station, only few minutes distance. Not take long time to go to London center, but bit far from the Royal Albert Hall (I choose to close to Albert Hall when I booked). Many shops and restaurants near the hotel. The free coffee and tea are provided by hotel but you need to go to the G/F, restaurant to get it. It's not in your room, very strange, restaurant's light are off at night. They provide buffet breakfast, many foods but taste are not good, even coffee and tea are... can say no taste. Overall, besides breakfast and the free coffee and tea, hotel services is OK, receptionish are polite and helpful. Room is clean and tidy, and the size of the room is not samll in London. The best is the location, very close to tube station.

I stayed there in May and my experience was very good but this time I got a room on the 1st floor, it is very small,window could not be opened, very noisy (can hear peopl walking on 2nd floor). Will give a 2nd thought whether to stay next time.

It's not worth the money I paid, as much as it looked like some posh and classic spot it's nothing sort of in real. Basic power socket charger in room is missing except one for lamp for three guest room, toilet flush is anything but flushing after our business. No lights on pathway or at any common spots if u wanna come out. Windows in the room is not at all closing so as the loo door so one of us need to keep an eye. Heater uffff anything but working. In total worst experience for 200 pounds

When I ask the person behind the desk were there any places to eat he said there is a KFC and a McDoanlds around the corner... That sums up my stay at this Hotel. Nice people small rooms and KFC/Mcdonals around the corner

My room felt a bit like a garret, somewhat shabby and lacking loving attention. That said, all the necessaries were present. I appreciated the ability to leave my luggage before and after check-out. The location is perfect for exploring the bustling neighborhood.

It was the overall look and feel of the hotel that was not very impressive, the vibe was giving dive and not clean. Even though I stayed in a single room the bathroom was not giving, very dissoppointed and not what I expected for Earls Court, Llondon. Would never stay here again, very over priced for what it was, I would have muched preferred had I known to have booked an Air BnB for the extra money to rough it is not my idea of money well spent.

Camera vecchia, sporca, bagno terribile, pochissima acqua per la doccia

Bedding had stains, window ceiling was dirty, bathroom was dirty, and the tap was loose on the wall, problems with water pressure in the morning, toilets could not flush right away.
