We stayed here for two nights. Everything about this hotel worked for us. The room and bathroom were spotless, the staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had. The location was perfect for us, 3 minute walk to the Troubadour theatre, Wembley Park and 5 minute walk from the Underground - Jubilee line. Wembley Park is a lively place, with Box Park directly opposite the hotel and lots of places to eat and drink.

The executive double room was ideal for three adults - spacious, well-equipped and clean. The hotel location is perfect for events in the Wembley Park area and access to transport links. Excellent food options in the area and covered, secure parking is reasonable at £25 per night.

Great hotel - spotless room, comfy bed, soft pillows, delicious breakfast, delightful staff and good value. The only thing that was a downside was booming music coming from somewhere late at night that kept me awake. I don't know if this was a local venue or a one off event. However I would definitely stay at a Novotel again.

Quite a bit of dust on skirting , very noisy with doors slamming late at night and from about 6am . Staff on reception were very welcoming. Rooms a bit tired looking .

We have stayed at this hotel for ourselves and for groups in my business since it opened. We love the decor and friendly staff. We returned this time, we found the hotel need update, and the staff need more training. Still convenient for tube travel into central London, and lots of things to do locally.

Staff are always amazing at this hotel. We have stayed here 3 times this year within a 6mth period & the first two times we stayed we had no issues at all. This time however wasn’t such a pleasure. Our room wasn’t very nice, got a tiny window to look out of and the rest of what should have been a window was blocked off this made the room really dark. The shampoo & hand wash was empty. Breakfast was cold & I asked staff for poached eggs which came out 15 minutes after I asked for them and they also were cold. I made a comment to the staff on at the time and they said it was because it had been out a while. Didn’t enjoy our stay this time at all.

Staff were courteous. Rooms were good size although bed was soft and the pillows were very soft. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Parking is expensive.
