チェックイン時の女性スタッフの方の対応がとても良く、娘が話す英語も聞いてくれたことで、娘も英語で話するのが楽しい。またあのお姉さんに会いたいと言って喜んでいました。 部屋も広く快適で申し分なし。 駅からも近く、周りにもスーパーや食事をする場所もあり良かったです。 電車がZONE4のエリアになるので、電車代は少し高めになりますが、2種類のラインが通っており、どこに行くのも便利でした。

Wembley ArenaでのライブやWembley Stadiumだの観戦を楽しむには、近くて便利なホテルです。 チェックインもスムーズ、施設は清潔で、使い勝手も問題を感じませんでした。価格もリーズナブルだったので、機会があれば、また利用したいです。

Quite a bit of dust on skirting , very noisy with doors slamming late at night and from about 6am . Staff on reception were very welcoming. Rooms a bit tired looking .

The executive double room was ideal for three adults - spacious, well-equipped and clean. The hotel location is perfect for events in the Wembley Park area and access to transport links. Excellent food options in the area and covered, secure parking is reasonable at £25 per night.

Rent och bekväm rum, fint hotel, rent överallt , trevligt bemötande från mycket serviceinriktad personal, bra restaurang på hotellet med proffsig personal där också. Mycket nära till t-bana, mycket nära till Wembley stadion och Arena konserthus, livlig omgivande miljö med stort utbud av restauranger, kaféer och pubar. Ligger lite utanför city men det är värt att efter en lång dag och kväll i Londons bullret komma hem till Novotel Wembly och sova gott utan massa störande ljud.

We have stayed at this hotel for ourselves and for groups in my business since it opened. We love the decor and friendly staff. We returned this time, we found the hotel need update, and the staff need more training. Still convenient for tube travel into central London, and lots of things to do locally.

Clean and comfortable room. Good safe parking. Breakfast excellent and close to the theatre for the excellent starlight express show.

Like to stay here when in London. 20 minutes to centre. Good value for room size and quality

Room was really clean, beautiful modern bathroom with big walk in shower, lovely addition to the room for a birthday stay with balloons and a birthday card - would definitely recommend this hotel

Welcoming lobby area, spacious room and very good location

Staff are always amazing at this hotel. We have stayed here 3 times this year within a 6mth period & the first two times we stayed we had no issues at all. This time however wasn’t such a pleasure. Our room wasn’t very nice, got a tiny window to look out of and the rest of what should have been a window was blocked off this made the room really dark. The shampoo & hand wash was empty. Breakfast was cold & I asked staff for poached eggs which came out 15 minutes after I asked for them and they also were cold. I made a comment to the staff on at the time and they said it was because it had been out a while. Didn’t enjoy our stay this time at all.

Joining room with 509 very loud all night if when ask to keep the noise down

Staff were courteous. Rooms were good size although bed was soft and the pillows were very soft. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Parking is expensive.

Mabel at the front desk is friendly, accomodating and very welcoming. An asset to Novotel.

When we arrived our bathroom hadn't been cleaned. We were allocated an 'accessible' room - not that we'd specifically requested it and the bathroom had towels on the floor and was left uncleaned with the door open and the shower, toilet, sink clearly all used. We waited at reception to alert the staff when we headed out for our reservation - but they were busy and didn't acknowledge us, we didn't have time to wait. When we returned later we informed the reception staff and were told someone from housekeeping would come - there was no apology. Someone duly arrived about 10 minutes later with fresh towels - but did not clean the bathroom or apologise. Upon departure the next day were were asked about our stay.... I relayed our experience and I can honestly say the member of staff could not have cared less!! Disappointing as I've stayed here before and it was very good before
