Beware this hotel is not of the usual Radisson quality. The lobby/restaurant facilities were grubby, restroom was really dirty. The breakfast was very simple and not refilled sufficiently, worryingly the juice was spoiled (sour and fizzy) and glasses had lipstick rims. Parking was very expensive and discount mentioned on the website wasn’t available without prebooking that hadn’t been explained. If you are used to Radisson hotels, you will be disappointed.

I phoned the day before to ask for a twin room, reception confirmed I had one. When I checked in I was told it was a double and that no twin rooms were available. She offered me a voucher for a free drink in the bar for the mistake but when I tried to use it was for the restaurant and I had to buy a meal first! I asked for two key cards and was only given one. Poor first impressions at reception. At breakfast the next morning they had no tables spare so we had to sit in the bar area. It was 9.30 and breakfast was served till 10 am. They had no orange juice, cereal, no bowls or mugs for hot drinks, had to wait for these to be replaced. Bowls never came so didn't have cereal . Had to ask for bacon and the didn't offer fried eggs only scrambled. Very poorly staffed, management needs to replan for the breakfast service.

It was okay - good access to Q carpark, pillows where more like cushions. breakfast was poor, no jam, sausages dried up/over cooked, bacon poor, butter was so cold unable to slice any from the whole 250g pack which was available for toast, no fruit left at 10:15 on a Sunday morning - or not restocked. Spoons were like tablespoons - huge and no teaspoons accessible.

The room was clean ish but not modern or in good condition. There was a used razor cover in the bathroom which was showing its age hugely. Stained shower surround, rusty screws in the shower and faded tiles. Grout missing and discoloured. Room the same. Handles coming off and chips out of lots of wood. For a premium hotel, I was disappointed.

Parking was expensive £35 Asked the hotel twice about parking options prior to stay, no response. Was disappointed to be told at checkin that I had to pay full price. 😑 or take the car park out of the Q car park and pre book.

My room was facing in to the shopping centre, which meant it was very noisy and there was “elevator music” being played constantly that I could hear. I couldn’t open my window because of the noise and I could t even open my curtains as there’s a restaurant directly opposite! The air conditioning was non existent. There was also no gym, but one was mentioned when I checked when booking. Bar prices were also extortionate - £16 for a whisky and coke!
