Very clean room overlooking the city at the front of the property, lovely breakfast, great service from all the staff that I spoke with and it was a perfect location for my work trip. So much so that I am back in Leeds again tomorrow until Thursday for work again, I could have stayed in any other hotel but have chosen to go back to the Radisson Blu. Thank you!

Hotel was fine. Rooms are a little basic but they were clean and tidy. Parked in the Q park directly behind the hotel which was very handy. Staff were very friendly and helpful although check in took a while as only 2 staff members on reception and everyone seemed to turn up at the same time. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stop there again.

Receptionist kept putting my email in wrong and it was hard to correct her. It ended up being left wrong! There was dust on the bedside table and for a premium room I would have expected at least a biscuit!

The room we had overlooked the light, and you could hear people “trying” to play the piano in the middle of the mall and at 8:30am Sunday morning the malls music started. The shower head would not stay up and it preferred to shower the wall. Not the best experience

All very nice. No restaurant open and the lifts were very difficult to work. Some natural light would have been nice but everything else was spot on. It was very quiet despite it been in a central spot. I really enjoyed my stay.

Needs a lot of maintenance it’s in poor condition Room 410 the drains stink air con sounds like jet engine breakfast was poor for £18 . Location good . That’s all I can say . Staff not very well informed .

Lovely clean room, friendly staff and great location. The only thing that bothered me was the noise of students late outside the hotel late at night on Wednesday evening (can't be helped by the hotel but it did disturb my sleep). I would recommend the hotel and had a great second visit.
