We stayed here whilst attending a concert in Millennium Square and it was so convenient, right on the doorstep.
The room was comfortable and clean with everything you’d want in a hotel room and the common areas were again clean and inviting.
For us the absolute stand out was breakfast. The waiting staff were all absolutely lovely and went above and beyond in terms of making you feel welcome and the food was the best we’ve ever had in a hotel. A whole range of options including continental, fresh fruits, juices, pastries and an incredible full English buffet to choose from. So many options for teas/coffees and (even though we don’t need it) they even had separate bread and a specific toaster for gluten free bread.
We stayed here years ago for another concert but this time it’s been even better, definitely our go to hotel now whenever we’re in Leeds.
If you’re driving, get a code from the hotel and you can book the QPark car park underneath the hotel at a discount which is so convenient too.
Thank you all for a fantastic stay, we only wish it was for longer than the one night.

Stayed in a standard room. OK but a bit tired, chipped woodwork.
Room very hot, using the noisy fan to cool the room down was not compatible with sleep. So room remained stuffy, can't open the windows and a definite drain smell coming from bathroom into bedroom.
Good central location.
Was OK and suited what we were doing. Probably a little over priced.

We were a little underwhelmed by our stay. The first room we were given had broken aircon - the room was actively heating up, during a heat wave. Thankfully we were swapped to another room with working aircon (staff were very friendly and accommodating in doing this) but the new room was not entirely clean (stains on bathroom floor, notes and debris by the bed). The breakfast was also disappointing, with everything on the full English selection being overcooked and dry. The decoration in the atria was very dark and dingy. The hotel did the job for our one night, spur of the moment stay, but we wouldn’t rush back.

The bedroom is decent size. Pillows were that great.
The room is very bad sound proof. While I was using the basin and mirror in the morning, I could hear the man next room yawned loud a few times, the sound of TV, shower, even the sound of the shower stopped, the shower door closed!! That was horrendous. I am extremely disappointed with my stay given RB shall be a reputable nice hotel. Try avoid standard room.

Arrived at 2.20 for a 3 check in and was told the room was not ready. We had no issue with that and went into the bar for a drink. Returned to check in desk at 3 to join a large queue.
Couldn't understand why we were not checked in earlier and then just needed to be given a key.

Dusjen var direkte farlig, vannet svinger fra 20-50 grader når man dusjer.
Håndkle var etter renhold bare kastet inn på badet
Ansatte i resepsjonen virket lite kundevennlig og virket mer opptatt av sin mobiltelefon. Ikke at det plager meg men signaleffekten er dårlig.
Frokosten var bra.

I stayed at the Radisson frequently in 2018 / 2019 and it was an amazing hotel. This booking was short notice, replacing a booking in hotel that did not have AC in the rooms. It was in the middle of a 35C heatwave!
Sadly, checked in and the AC in the room was not working! Maintenance staff got the AC working but very little cool air, more like large fan. Also, the desk lamp did not work the room phone had room number 244 on it but I was in a completely different room.
The hotel is tired and old, the staff passing that room as fit for letting is not good. A real shame for a once excellent hotel. There are many better hotels in Leeds.

Overall as good as usual. Great location with car park in the same building which is good to transfer clothes etc. when then weather is poor. Close to good bars and restaurants. Would use again.
