Amazing stay

waited 15mins at a noisy hot reception to check in ,air con was loud so opened window to be keep awake by a nearby pelican crossing beeping every 5mins throughout the night and to top that the fire alarm went off at around 7:30.

Initial Room Issues (Room 352) Upon checking in on the evening of the 16th, I immediately noticed an unpleasant, "sticky" odor emanating from the bathroom of Room 352. While your team was responsive and attempted a workaround after investigating, the smell persisted. I eventually had to request a room change, and I was moved to Room 423. Housekeeping and Room Quality (Room 423) While I appreciated the room move, the remainder of my stay was unsatisfactory for the following reasons: • Lack of Housekeeping: On the evening of my second day, I returned to find that my room had not been refreshed at all. The bed was unmade, towels were not replaced, the room had not been cleaned, and the hospitality tray (hot drinks) had not been replenished. • Disparity in Amenities: I noticed that Room 423 was missing a refrigerator, which had been provided in my original room. This left me feeling as though I had been downgraded in quality simply because I requested a room without a foul odor. As a regular visitor to Leeds, I chose Radisson Blu for its reputation, but this experience has left me feeling undervalued as a guest. I hope you will look into why the housekeeping schedule was missed and why the replacement room was not of the same standard as the first.

great room and good facilities

Lovely room in the perfect location for the O2 Academy and the arena.

Great location for the Arena. Breakfast was good. Check in painfully slow until a more experienced staff member came on to help. What was really annoying though - the air con stopped as if on a timer every couple of hours and then the room became extremely warm. The windows opened onto the enclosed shopping centre so no air from there. Meant we had a really bad night’s sleep, which is not ideal

There was a ten minute wait to check in, even if you'd done it online. There was a damaged area of carpet and exposed grippers and the air con didn't work and kept going up in temperature. The pillows were also poor.

What a gem! Location is perfect for a Leeds getaway, room was amazing and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast options were great, LOVED the Morning Mary station. We'll definitely be back!!

Hotel and our room was lovely, very centrally located staff was very helpful.

It said if you check in online you go to a quicker priority check in when you arrive but there wasnt one and there was a big queue

Room nice & clean, unfortunately the wet room drains were smelly had t make sure the door was closed at all tomes

I was given room 248 which has no out facing window. The room had a stretched out configuration with two single beds. The room was clean but dated. The divan bed was in need of repair, the sheets not fully fitted around the mattress and the pillows were dreadful. It was clean. There was only decaf coffee and only a space where once there had been a fridge. The bathroom had a bath but felt tired. The toiletries were lovely.

Rooms nice and clean. Decent lobby and bar area. Great experience.

Lovely room, immaculately clean and huge bed

Our stay was below what we expected. The online check in we were offered the day before and took advantage of made no difference to our actual check in time as we still.had to queue at the front desk for 30 minutes due to lack of staffing. We were even offered a free drink from the bar to compensate for the wait, which should never happen. The room itself was ok, but stains and marks on the white walls made it look dirty. Only 2 tea bags in the room, which was not enough for a 2 day stay for 2 people. Breakfast was average, with only soya milk or while fat milk as the only options, no semi skimmed. The fruit area was full of tiny fruit flies buzzing around. Altogether, a very disappointing visit and we would probably chose another hotel in central Leeds next time we visit.

Staff were amazing, breakfast was the best I have had, real quality food. I was very impressed from the moment we were greeted by a lovely friendly lady on reception to when we left, def come again. Thank yoi
