Excellent location to go on train for day in London. I bit noisy as it is near the train line. Seemed to have a problem with towels - only replaced with one set of towels after cleaning when there were two of us. Continental breakfast is ok. Parking only $10 for entire stay.

The whole place was beautifully clean and the public areas are truly elegant. Bedroom was a bit dated and the windows needed a good clean outside. Curtains barely covered the windows and so they let in a lot of light.

Third visit to this hotel and once again I am pleased to say that all the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The facilities in the bar and restaurant were very good. The room and facilities were good too, however more attention needs to be undertaken regarding upgrading and ensuring everything works. For example the hairdryer and one bedside light didn’t work. Also no plug in the bathroom sink. All in all - a comfortable stay for the price.

The air conditioning is non existent in the rooms, according to the control panel our room remained above 32 degrees all night and this made it extremely difficult to sleep and extremely uncomfortable. Went to reception at 2am and was given the world’s most useless but loudest tower fan, had to place it vertically to stop it rattling but it barely functioned. Hotel staff most know it is a problem as when we arrived the door to our room was already held open. Everything else about the hotel is great, so this is extremely disappointing.

Room looking a little sad. Could do with shelving in bathroom for toothbrush etc… Ventilator making rattling noise constantly. Room on ground floor, no view and looking out at bins. Staff polite.

The room was clean but it was very dated , bald patches in carpet , one curtain would not pull across window, bed had 2 hard lumps, taps have erosion and are tarnished , the room needs a revamp x

Some of the furniture was a bit tired with some stains on the wall and no plug in the bathroom sink. In addition, it was a bit expensive for what it was in my opinion. However, I couldn’t complain about the staff and service.
