Nice hotel and reasonably priced. Breakfast service was chaotic, breakfast service team leader was frazzled and not welcoming. Everything else was good. The room was spacious and comfortable, even in the summer heat.

This hotel is under 10min walk from Barons Court on the District and Piccadilly lines. The building is a lovely old one converted from a school I think. It has a pleasant garden. The service was good. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast cooked to order was very good.

Our room (Churchill Suite) is in dire need of a complete overhaul. Carpets are worn and very scruffy. Bed is hard as rock and pillows need replacing. Dinner was expensive and very disappointing. I had a steak sandwich which was totally unseasoned and full of gristle. Chips were frozen and unappetising. My wife had Caesar salad which was hugely overpriced for lettuce leaves, a handful of anchovies and a dressing which was pretty unappetising

Lovely hotel, 6 minute walk from Hammersmith tube station. Lady on check in was lovely, couldn't get us in a twin bedded room that we had requested on first night but moved us to a beautiful room overlooking the terrace and park for our second night. Absolutely fabulous! We liked being able to picnic in the park, felt miles away from the bustle of London. Hotel was spotless and all staff we met were helpful and courteous. Will be back here for sure
