We were very happy with our 6 night stay at the Beaufort in Knightsbridge. Quiet street. Spacious junior suite. Easy walk to V & A and Museum of Natural History. We didn’t come to London to go shopping, but Harrad’s is an even shorter distance in the other direction. Favorite feature at the hotel: scones delivered to our room in the late afternoon. Warm and tasty!

Very lovely place, however the elevator is very old, slow and small. I am from the US and never experienced elevators like this. You have to open the gate and keep pushing it to get into the elevator. My mom who 93 had big problems using it as you have to be super strong to push the gate

Booked months in advance so really disappointed to be put in a basement room, no external light, no view except a wall and some dumped matresses. Breakfast at £35 that included some old, anaemic toast and nothing cooked was really poor.
