The Beaufort Knightsbridge

In a beautiful location. The decor is 20 years out of date. I was placed in a room right next to reception so sleep wasn't the easiest.

Great staff and great location for walking to all the sights.

The hotel was perfectly located for an evening at The Royal Albert Hall. For a family of three, with a 19 year old, this was a very reasonably priced option. The place is clean, the service excellent. The beds are a bit soft for my liking, but that's not an issue for most. The afternoon tea scones were amazing. We arrived just at 5pm and they made us fresh scones and coffee - a lovely treat. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

This was a really convenient and comfortable hotel. The best part was the kind and helpful staff.

This was our first trip to London and we were pleasantly surprised by this place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Knightsbridge tube station is the closest station and it’s about 3-4 blocks. Great options for coffee within a block- which we loved. Would stay here again.

We really liked how the rooms are laid out. You have your space to sleep, sit and relax, a place to apply makeup, an area to make tea/coffee… all without feeling cramped. The staff were very helpful, and its steps away from loads of shopping and eating. All without noise and crowds. Will definitely stay here again!

Dated and virtually a room size lobby facility, very narrow corridors, highly inadequate lift are the downfalls. Otherwise, excellent location, very friendly and able staff strive to provide a comfortable stay for guests. Breakfast room service, reception and housekeeping were positive highlights. This boutique hotel provides more like a three star bed and breakfast lodging than its four star rating.

The Beaufort Knightsbridge offered exceptional service in a perfect location. The room had everything we needed. The offered afternoon tea & scones was a lovely service enjoyed between our explorations. We would recommend this location to travellers who wish to be in a central location that is safe, quiet, and convenient to museums and tube.

The Staff were eager to provide efficient service. Some Receptionists were not well informed on Local l things to do such as Discos, Cinema, but it was Late night.

Fantastic location. Walking distance to most things. Harrods is a short walk. Staff were very helpful and kind. Afternoon Tea and scones were delicious and a wonderful treat. Beautiful building in a beautiful location.

Excellent service and that’s what makes this place special. The location is very convenient and accessible. The property is clearly aged, but it has a rustic, English feel. They serve complimentary afternoon tea with scones - quite likely the best scones I’ve had.

Great hotel, perfect location. Staff went above and beyond and even brought a fridge into our room for our disabled daughter’s food. Nothing was too much.

Think this should really be a 3.5/5 but for the fact that there was a false fire alarm in the middle of the night. (They said someone was smoking in their room). After that you couldn’t really sleep well because it’s not exactly a modern fire system they have in place. The hotel itself is fine but really more like a very large B&B. It was clean enough but the bed was old as it was quite sunken in in the middle. If this was half the price I would consider staying again but way too expensive for what I got and fire alarm is obviously unacceptable

It is a convenient, clean, affordable hotel with nice toiletries and free water provided. Felt safe and comfortable and had a good night's sleep before an early start.

Not sure it was worth the price. Nice place a little wear and tear starting to show… bathroom above us began leaking and at 1am we hand to change our Linnens on the bed as it was leaking all day so when we were ready for bed found it all wet… great location! Nice staff!

The location is excellent. Upscale neighborhood. A few minutes walk from Harrods and the train station. Easy train ride to Heathrow. Staff is very friendly. Room was clean and spacious but needs updating.

We were looking for a nice, comfortable but larger room for our first visit to London. Like New York, most hotel rooms in London are very small so we decided to treat ourselves to a Junior Suite. We paid over 349 pounds per night and in the end felt that for that price it really was not worth it. The pictures make the property look much more luxurious than it really was. The property on a cute and quaint street near the main shopping area of the city and within walking distance to many museums. There is a much nicer hotel directly across the street with a similar name "The Knightsbridge". I UBER driver actually dropped us off there and got it confused... We only wished we had made that same mistake as that hotel was much nicer! The building is very old and not renovated well. The furniture and fixtures in the room were very worn and strange switches that made no sense. You have to kneel down to the floor to flip a light switch on the floor outlets to turn off the lamps in the room. The bathroom was awful, again old and dated with broken floor tiles. The service was good, and the morning breakfast was excellent.. the only "good" things I would have to say. I wish I had booked elsewhere where I am sure I could have found a large but more luxurious room for that same price. After 2 nights there, we moved to the W London in Piccadilly Circus which was simply AMAZING!
