Lovely big room, lovely view and rooftop bar

This hotel does not live up to a five star standard. The foyer and overall ambience are great but a lot of improvements are needed. The rooms seems great surface level but staying in them you realise they are very dated. Lots of scuffs on the furniture, bathtub and water damage and marks. Only one usb port near the television in a slow and ancient device that includes an iPod player. Can't stream on the television. Spa is very different from advertised. You cannot see the city views from the swimming pool windows like at The Shard as there are grates blocking it. Spa was a bit dirty and grotty and very overcrowded. Just a small sauna and steam room next to pool. Women's changing rooms was flooded with inch deep water when I raised concerns on hygiene and safety they weren't bothered. Requested for my room to be cleaned twice and out for many hours and was never cleaned. Breakfast was fantastic first day and then following days seemed very understaffed and unorganised the staff seemed under a lot of pressure and they were very nice and so I felt sorry for them. Location is great. Horisont restaurant had no atmosphere so we went to the bar adjacent for food and champagne and it was very nice. I think they just need to update the rooms, make the spa better and hire more staff then it would be very excellent indeed.

Housekeeping and upkeep of the property was second to none. Remarkable resturant in homely settings on the 30th floor, and Spa access at a reasonable price also. Second visit to this Swissôtel, and cannot recommend highly enough. Staff deserve praise for their professionalism and welcoming attitude to their guests.

Breakfast was great, except for waiting time to getting an omelette! Unfortunately, only one person preparing, not good ... when busy... Please note" the two young Black Ladies, were excellent at their job. Always... ready with great service/smiling attitude! Thanks...

Quality/price ratio is very good. You get your money worth. Relatively to the other hotels, it's about average in terms the price and yet you get a luxurious experience. Their restaurant, bar, and masseuses although are expensive but also worth every penny.

I normally don’t write reviews about hotels I say at, but this time I have to review the Swiss in Tallinn because the unexpected mixed experience. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and tidy, but…cold. The room temperature was absolutely reminding of a cheap hostel, and there was nothing to be done about it, I turned the heat up to the maximum but it stayed the same. Secondly, the “spirit” or “feel” of a high class five star hotel was missing. I have been warned several times at the check in that “breakfast is not included”, which I acknowledged and confirmed I will pay for. In fact, the front desk blocked a deposit on my credit card for incidentals. Next morning, I had to spend 5 minutes at the door to the breakfast room, because the host there wouldn’t let me in until he made sure I actually PAID 28 Euro, in front of him. I told him I will charge it to my room but he was adamant “cash or card”. That was absolutely embarrassing and unexpected from a 5 star hotel. The problem was that the next morning the situation repeated itself (with a different host) , but I made a point of not paying for it and insisting to have that charged to my room. The process took so long that a 10-15 guests queue was formed. Incredibly embarrassing. Same kind of issues were also present at the spa: the host agreed to supply me with a robe, a towel and slippers only after a very insistent request on my end - I was told that I should come down already prepared and with the

One of our fave hotels . Lovely room with a great view (harbour ) from top floor . We enjoyed the decent size indoor pool with spa . Very accessible to the Old Town

This is an outstanding hotel in every way possible. Modern clean great staff nice area the food everything. Would stay again highly recommend.

There was constant noise all night long, it was very difficult to sleep. The noise came from heating and AC . I would not recomend this hotel.

Sadly this was a let down as the property is not delivering for a 5 stars establishment. The SPA area, depending on your booking it may not be included, yet, the facilities are very small with limited space.

Beautiful Spa and pool. The gym was very well equipped. All staff were professional but with a lovely natural and friendly manner. As for the breakfast….the most amazing breakfast selection we have ever had during a hotel stay. We’d without a doubt stay again and recommend it highly to anyone considering Swissotel Tallinn.

Very comfortable (apart from emergency exit sign in room which was too bright all night and had to be covered by a coat!) staff were very helpful

Breakfast is great. Room is spacious. Gym and spa is excellent. Everything is within walking distance. Top floor bar has excellent views.

Excellent. Sorry you were told that I had a complaint. That was supposed to be directed at Baltic airways who were unpleasant to deal with.
