Everything about my harbour view room was perfect. Comfy bed, great view, huge bathroom with soaker tub and large shower. Closet was good size also. And clean!

Great location and room specs, especially in the is part of Europe. The fabric is showing some signs of wear and tear which needs a little attention. Cleaning is excellent. Will return.

Wonderful hotel. We were ungraded which was lovely. The majority of our stay was excellent and would mean we would recommend the hotel to others. Two issues - breakfast started 7am and we needed to leave before that time for our ferry. No alternative. We’d paid for breakfast. Second - We had booked the Michelin star restaurant within the building for dinner. This restaurant was advertised at breakfast on the same day. We had communication about the upcoming visit and were excited. On arrival, we found out that the restaurant had closed down that day. No one communicated that with us before. We had food in the bar on inappropriate sized tables. We raised this at checkout and the person didn’t know about the restaurant and was quite dismissive.

Spacious, clean room with great views. Tasty breakfast with a good spread for pescatarians including made-tp-order omelettes and avocado toast. Location ideal for explorating on foot - short, easy walk into the Old Town, and plenty of local amenities nearby. Friendly and accommodating staff too. The gym is well equipped and clean. Be mindful it costs €15pp to use the pool/sauna which isn't mentioned on the listing.

All I can say is wow what a wonderful place. The view was absolutely incredible in our room. The bathroom was so nice. The staff was super friendly and nice. The breakfast was unbelievable. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. If I could, I would live there. And my fiancé had such a wonderful time. Very very cool place. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

Luxury hotel which has worn down. Our bed was poor, blanket was terrible. Staff was nice but hotel needs serious maintenance tto regain its glory.

There is extra charge for the pool. A little bit distant from old town for a walk. Would not go back because of the location.

El hotel es notoriamente un 5 estrellas, la tensión del personal es bastante buena y las instalaciones bastante lujosas, lo mejor sin duda es la vista desde las habitaciones! Increíble lo bello que se ve el horizonte

I had high expectations for Swissotel beaded on what I had heard from friends. I think my stay was ok but I don’t think so choose this hotel next time I travel to Tallinn. Check-in process was as slow as it can get. Even though there were 3 people helping people to check-in the queuing time was really long. The room wasn’t ready and we got one drink voucher for two people - I’m so happy we could literally share a drink on the lobby as we waited for our room. The room was spacious and very comfortable. There was plenty of wardrobe space to hand out clothes and bathroom had enough surfaces to put the makeup bag. Bathrobes were soft and fluffy, and shampoo smelled nice. I was disappointed in the service at the breakfast. Even though the staff smiled the service was sluggish. During the whole breakfast nobody offered us coffee and when I finally got to a waitress to ask for coffee it took forever. I basically had finished my breakfast at the time I got the coffee which is one of the essentials in a breakfast. The lady at the omelette counter was was super friendly and the omelette came really fast. As said, ok but not what I expected.

Väl värt ett besök!! Servicenivån på samtliga i personalen fick mig att ångra att jag endast bodde här i två nätter. Fantastisk frukost och spat var underbart, en vistelse här kommer ni inte ångra 😊
