Spacious, peaceful, room. Lovely staff. Great location for accessing the station.

We stayed 10 nights. Hotel was in a great location, close to the Nice-Ville train station and very walkable to shops and restaurants. Front staff was friendly. Breakfast was continental and staff had a difficult time keeping it stocked. Items would run out and they would take a long time to refill. Housekeeping staff would not switch out drinking glasses in our room. We had to walk down for them. Also did not refill shower shampoo/soap dispenser. We had to get soap in a paper cup for 2 days until I figured out how to remove empty bottle to leave on vanity.

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast had a good selection, croissants, cheese, eggs, ham, yogurt, fruit and breads. The front desk staff were very helpful, Giovanni helped us a lot and they were all very patient. You are within walking distance to trams, trains, and to vieux Nice - we mostly walked. They have a water bottle filling station too! Overall excellent!

This hotel was just what we needed for our 3 night stay in Nice. It was conveniently located....only a 5 minute walk from the train station and 10 minute walk from the beach. We did not need a taxi to and from the hotel. It was newly renervated, very clean, and cozy. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They spoke English clearly. Check in/out was simple. Daily housekeeping was great. Room size was adequate for 2 adults. Balcony overlooked the courtyard. The breakfast was AMAZING with fresh breads, cheeses, meats, fruit salads, vegetable salads, eggs, yougert and more. All you care to eat. Dinning area was spacious, bright and airy. They served popcorn and fruit infused water in the afternoon in the lobby. They held our luggage before check in time and after checkout so we could make the most of our time in Nice. Price was a good value. It was just great!

Breakfast offerings did not vary from day to day. Staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. Bed was comfortable and great pillows.

Great breakfast and really helpful staff. Location was decent as it was within walking distance to the old town , main shopping street and train station. If I could I would rate this hotel a 4.5 within the 3 star hotel category

Everything was great

One was very small. The balcony was very plain and basic but bigger than the room. There was a pointless hospital style big table, but no other table or anywhere to put anything.

Phenomenal stay with this hotel would highly recommend.

The hotel was on the great location 5 min walk to the Nice train station and 5 min to the Promenade des Anglais and all restaurants. The breakfast wa included and had a lot option . The staff was friendly and helpful.

Funky styling, a little Ikea random in places but doesn’t take itself too seriously. Staff were really helpful, breakfast included and really excellent. Room was absolutely fine and quiet. Slight letdown was the shower which was pretty basic but it worked ok. It wasn’t cheap but it was a good stay for a night. Would definitely return and recommend

Property was in an excellent location, walkable to both the coast and the train station. Quiet area and felt very safe. Breakfast was plentiful and enough choices to suit anyone. A bonus too. The room we had was fairly compact but bathroom was good. A complete lack of drawer space or shelving though. Limited hanging space. If only staying a couple of nights its fine but for 5 nights we found it a bit of a struggle. Prefer a kettle in the room. Had a balcony onto a courtyard but no furnishings which is pointless so couldnt use it. Bed was comfortable but only 1 pillow. The room was clean and modern.

This hotel satisfied the trifecta: cool, clean, and quiet!
