I paid 257 usd/night which was not worth it at all! The property is also poor in maintenance

The room is clean and the staff very helpful. They have decent breakfast with fresh orange juice and water station with reusable bottles. Place is conveniently located 5 mins from the train station and less than 10 mins from the beach. There are nice dining options close to the hotel.

For the price, the hotel was acceptable and functional. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. The central location is nestled in the middle of a narrow block, with several other buildings. The public parking garage was convenient about one block away. The lobby is modest, with wire-looking chairs, not much natural light, and the hallways are narrow. The room and bathroom were modest - the bed was comfortable and bathroom clean. Not much for amenities. I kept my shades closed during the day and night for privacy. For breakfast, I’d give a 3 out of 5 - Convenient, basic and standard.

Free breakfast in the mornings with fresh squeezed orange juice and large selection of fresh foods. A little walk away from the city which is good as no noise from outside will bother hotel guests. Clean room, good size as well.

I stayed here for 2 Nights as I was attending a conference in Nice. The hotel is very simple but well maintained with very helpful staff and clean rooms. The rooms have a small storage area, simple bathroom with Shower a TV and a comfi Bed (Note there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and no water in the room, however this is available at reception free of charge - Water is from a filter station located at reception). Breakfast was simple but good, pastries were baked fresh so the breakfast area smelt great! Its a short walk to the beach front and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance along with a supermarket just a few doors away. For a short Mini break where you do not intend to spend time in the hotel and want to explore, this is perfect.

Friendly staff

Staff were extremely polite and helpful. There was a good selection of food at breakfast. The location was excellent: very close to the railway station and also convenient for central Nice and the seafront. The hotel itself, though clean and comfortable, looks a bit dingy on the inside. A freshen up and some brighter decor wouldn't go amiss.

The location is excellent! Close to the train and to the boardwalk and pedestrian section where many of the restaurants are located. Thr breakfast is fine, though would have preferred a bit more variety. The rooms are a bit older, but clean and well maintained. The staff is always ready to help any way they can.

Room kept clean. Breakfast had a good range of items and was fresh. Quite room. Convenient location. Our only disappointment was the lack of cupboard space on the room - very limited.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. I was most impressed by how kind and attentive everyone was. The hotel was quiet, the room was spacious, and the location was very convenient — just a few steps from the main train station and easy to get to the city centre. Breakfast was simple, but more than enough for me. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and would happily come back again.

Great place and well located right near the train station. Quiet too with lots of stuff nearby. Front desk staff is wonderful and breakfast was terrific! Only issue I mention are the quality of the sheets which could be a bit better. Other than that everything was fabulous.

The breakfast menu was adequate with locally sourced breads and cheeses as well as fruit an yogurt. I liked the automatic orange juice dispenser that took whole oranges and squeezed them to make juice. The hotel also provides glass bottles which can be filled with water from a dispenser. I really thought this amenity helpful. The staff were all pleasant, helpful, and proficient in English. I picked the hotel because of the location and that was a good choice. It’s a brief walk to the Nice Ville station and also the tram lines. These can take you nearly anywhere in the city. The air conditioning worked well in my room but I didn’t need it much. I was on the 6th floor (American numbering) and my room faced the street. I had this awesome little balcony through a door that opened. A window also opened so that I got wonderful breezes. The door and window also seemed to cut out the street noise below when closed. I would definitely stay here again, and I tend to be a fan of Ibis hotels in general. They aren’t luxurious but always have what I need in good locations.

Loved the free breakfast and popcorn in the evening. Great location and really impressed that the hotel called the day before I arrived to check if I needed a cot bed as I was bringing a child. Would definitely recommend.
