The room was always clean and fresh the all staff were friendly polite

Easy checkin , clean room ! In heart of Christmas markets and nearby shopping and restaurants! Parking garage close by but limited as visited in Christmas market season !

Clean, helpful staff, very good breakfast

During our short stay the elevator was not working and yet there was no offer to help with luggage. Otherwise the staff was wonderful and the location was wonderful in the room was wonderful.

All good other than the bar service layevnoght. Having to wake the staff for another beers isnt acceptable

Awesome hotel! The staff were knowledgeable and very nice. Highly recommend True Beans coffee around the corner and Pinocchio Pizza for late night food.

The hotel was clean and located at the convinced location, it was also facing the courtyard where all the dumpsters were so I could mells the trash.

Air conditioning was known to be broken in room and we were still put there. Moved to another room after first night. Expensive for the size and quality of room.

From first arriving, the staff made us feel very welcome. The hotel is off a busy street in a courtyard, it was amazing how quiet it was just turning up the alley. The room was clean and comfortable. We would stay again!

Very hard to find as it was off of a square behind the buildings. The location was great, close to restaurants and markets. The room was nice, staff was helpful.

I rarely ever write bad reviews; however, in this case I feel that it is warranted. First the good points, the staff, specifically Kibert, Adda and Sara were all wonderful and if it were not for them , our stay would have been worse. So thank you to all of you for your excellent customer service. The hotel is walking distance to the Plaza which is full of restaurants and bustle. A short walking distance from the Rhine River This hotel is quaint and has a nice breakfast and rooms are cute. The bad staff, unfortunately, their beds are terrible, like sleeping on a bed when you were 15 years old. We switched rooms and the bed problem was worse! The air conditioning does not stay on especially at night and it gets really hot. The internet also turns off in the middle of the night so if you listen to music , birds, etc, that can pose a problem. In the shower you have shampoo, conditioner and body all in one so I was not able to untangle my as they did not have conditioner. Their T.V. Has no English channels except BBC. They did offers movies and their HDMI connection did not work. When I spoke the manager about all this, he was pretty non chalante about the whole thing! We were travelling to Cologne for a trade show for business and stayed 6 days and had no sleep for 6 stays. No compensation , no discounts no nothing for The hotel to compensate our terrible stay. Would I stay at CityClass Hotel again, Never!
